Holiday rentals with beach access in Lake Peipus

Clean, cute and very cosy place for a few days in Viljandi. Close to the lake and a short walk to the town centre. I loved the cute house and the whole apartment had all we needed, spacious bathroom, big kitchen and comfortable bed. Would stay again!

Inside, it's great when you're out.

Everything was fine! The place is small but very nice, has everything in it. I would recommend it! Unfortunately, no coffee mashine, and some mix-up with parking places. I suggest to read parking instructions precisely, as numbers of the parking lot are confusing.

Beautiful apartment. Quiet area. Talkative neighbor. No spiral staircase with fairly narrow steps mentioned. It would be tricky for an older person to get into the apartment. Otherwise we are very satisfied.

Great apartment at a perfect location, walking distance to the city center! The apartment looks neat and tidy and is perfectly clean. The building, apartment and furniture looks new and give a luxurious feel. Kristiine offers a few parking options at close distance which is very convenient. Highly recommended to stay in Tartu

The apartment was like a hotel, doesnt look like somebody lives there. I loved the spartment, its in a new apartment and i have mold allergy so it was perfect Its a perfect location in a beautiful area and the bedrooms have a nice view of the lake. I stayed for two days and was very happy

The house was wonderful - clean, modern and comfortable, same for the outdoor area. The lake & beach were super close and very quiet. Directions were clear and the host was very responsive and helpful. Other than that - great place, great location and great host. Will definitely return!

Great place to stay! There's everything you need, well-equipped kitchen. Only one minus for me personally: unpleasant smell from the water in the house. But I read about it in other people's reviews and was prepared. Very nice place, well equipped area around the house, quiet.

We really enjoyed our week at Ljudmila’s place. The house, located on the same estate as the owner's house, is niched at the end of a small drive in a pine forest. The accommodation was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. It is newly constructed, well equipped, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Excellent location: very quiet and peaceful, yet all commodities are within easy reach. The beach is very near and it is fantastic for walks, sports, sunbathing and swimming (in August the sea was warm enough for long swims). Both Ljudmila and her daughter Sabrina were very reactive and helpful, and we received a warm welcome. It was great pleasure to meet them and we hope to be back again!

Bita's place is in a very nice location, remote, but not far from the sea (30 minute walk). It was very nice spring time and we really enjoyed the peace of the location very close to the nature. The house is a good combination of old and new and we also enjoyed the sauna option in the little house next door. Bita has been extremely responsive and helpful due to numerous issues we were facing. I would recommend for the future to have some guidelines (FAQ) in the house in order to avoid to contact the host (Bita) when there is a small issue. I sometimes felt already a bit embarrassed because we could not figure out how to operate the sauna or the dishwasher or what to do when we suddenly had an electricity outage. Luckily Bita helped us in each of the situations. She was really helpful!

well mainrained appartment close walk from beach promenade. maybe bit rough looking houses from outside but guess they tend to be around here. inside was all different - renovated and clean appartment. just perfect for our needs when travelling just with adults.

Nice apartment in a very quiet and residential area of ​​Tartu, the apartment is 10 minutes by car from the bus station and 3 minutes from a large supermarket. The apartment is very beautiful and much better decorated than it appears in the photos. Quality products. the TV and the bed is huge. the kitchen is spectacular too. If you want to relax, don't think twice before purchasing this apartment.

Could be ideal living place for a summer vacation near sea

The apartment was very nice and very well located for us. The smaller child wished we could stay longer😀.

Marta’s place was bigger than expected. It had everything we needed. Kithcen was really well equipped - from apples to oat milk. Window blinds made it easy to fall asleep. Apartment had an extra opened corner where our dog had an enjoyable streetview.
