The guesthouse is located in the village of Psarades which is a mountainous traditional settlement of the municipality of Prespa on the southern shore of the lake of Megali Prespa. It is the only village on the banks of the Great Prespa and is a declared traditional settlement. In the village there are taverns, cafes and a grocery store. guests boating in the waters of the Great Prespa, a rare experience on the water borders of the three states.

It is located in the old town of Kastoria, Doltsos, and is a few minutes from the center.

Located in Peshtani, 15 meters from beach we offer self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished and well designed air-conditioned apartment.
