The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by forest pines, equipped to have all the amenities and be as close to nature as possible. When you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city with one or two of us and feel the peace, quiet, privacy of nature. The forest path can be walked in 8 min to Utena Reservoir Dam for stunning views, beach. The lodge is designed for a maximum of 4 people, quiet rest, family or work.

Tiny cabin Vasara (eng. Summer) is perfect for couples or small families who love nature and searches for a gate away from the city. Cabin has one double and one single bed, shower and small kitchen. 'Vasara' is situated in ecological farm Kemešys and is available only during summer months. It is quite distant from the other buildings in the farm so you could enjoy your privacy. Located on the bank of lake Kemešys 'Vasara' also has a private footbridge to the lake and a terrace with amazing view

Rest Green microhouse on a river cliff!

Two exclusive Rest Green microhouses located on the cliff of Šventoji river in the lap of nature will provide an unforgettable rest for visitors, who can access private mini beach, swim, use football and volleyball courts, outdoor barbecue, relax in a hammock or on the terrace. The interior is minimalistic but carefully planned with many amenities. We can also offer paid activities such as kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, archery, guided hikes, observing celestial bodies through a telescope.

Surrounded by forests and lakes, the charming high-ceiling apartment provides an exceptionally calm and cosy retreat, alongside a broad range of activities at a hands-reach. Wooden floor and recreated French doors play up a pleasant historic vibe of our century-old 75 sq.m. home. Countryside cottage with sauna

It is a cozy countryside cottage by a pond in the middle of nowhere for people who would like to escape the city life and connect to nature. It has 2 bedrooms, living room with a fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (sauna included in the price). There is also an AC, so the house can be heated in winter time. It has an outside deck to sit and watch the sunset go down behind the trees. There is a lake near by and a forest. It is a great place for families and friends to relax.

Moon cabin/sauna

A cabin by the lake with a big bridge. The place is newly built using ecological materials. The cabin is very cozy and has a healthy steam sauna. The floors are heated, there is a fireplace both indoors and outdoors. Furthermore, there is hot water, a kitchen and a sleeping place in the attic. * Note that the sauna and the hot tub are not included in the price. * Also note that there is another summerhouse in the property where other guests might be staying.

The walls are covered with natural Lithuanian clay which gives the apartment an unique character. It’s filled with vintage details like the old stove still in tact to honor it’s rich history.

A farmstead founded by our great-grandfather even in the year 1871 offers serenity, private stay and comfort. Log houses, sauna house and many entertainments. The lakes of Ilgis, Klykiai, as well as Aukštaitija National Park, are found nearby.
