The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. Inside, you'll find artwork such as murals and stone carvings of black birds, as well as books and photo collections selected by the host, which you can take your time to enjoy during your stay. * The capacity is 4 people, but if it is only adults, the number of people who can stay comfortably is up to 3 people. * The price shown is for up to 2 people, and 10,000 yen will be added to the accommodation fee for each additional person.

You can use the entire house studio with its sophisticated design, located at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake. As you enter the front door, there is a spiral staircase in front of you. You can experience something out of the ordinary in a space furnished with masterpieces. Please feel free to use the spacious living area, the studio space, the rooftop bathroom, the wooden deck, and the garden with a stone oven. [Accommodation fee] This is the fee for the entire house. Up to 6 people can stay for a flat rate. The accommodation fee includes consumption tax, Nagano Prefecture accommodation tax, Airbnb usage fees, etc. [Pets allowed] Please be sure to let us know when making your reservation. For more details, please refer to "Other special notes" below. [Accommodation for infants] Even infants are not allowed if the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity of 6 people. [Bath] The bath is located on the second floor, which is reached by climbing a spiral staircase equivalent to three floors. Limited to one group per day, available for 2 to 6 people. We are renovating a 100-year-old traditional house. There is a Yumichi Morning Cafe on site, and if you book at least the day before, you can eat for 1,300 yen (including consumption tax). It is 1,500 yen with a drink. We are closed in winter. Nearby, about 10 minutes by car, there is Mitsui's Forest, Tateshina Country, and Tateshina Tokyu Golf Course. Fujimi Panorama, Royal Hill, and Twin One Ski Resort are about 20 minutes away by car. It is also an ideal base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake. There is also a 7-Eleven, coin laundry and restaurant within a 1-minute walk. JA Pia Midori Supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. Hot springs nearby include Jomon-no-Yu and Shiokama-no-Yu. It is refreshing because of its location at an altitude of 1000 m. The host is always available, so please ask if you have any questions. You can also walk to the bus stop. Kayano Station is a 10-minute drive. Suwa Interchange is 9.4 km and 15 minutes away by car. Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
