You can use the entire house studio with its sophisticated design, located at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake. As you enter the front door, there is a spiral staircase in front of you. You can experience something out of the ordinary in a space furnished with masterpieces. Please feel free to use the spacious living area, the studio space, the rooftop bathroom, the wooden deck, and the garden with a stone oven. [Accommodation fee] This is the fee for the entire house. Up to 6 people can stay for a flat rate. The accommodation fee includes consumption tax, Nagano Prefecture accommodation tax, Airbnb usage fees, etc. [Pets allowed] Please be sure to let us know when making your reservation. For more details, please refer to "Other special notes" below. [Accommodation for infants] Even infants are not allowed if the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity of 6 people. [Bath] The bath is located on the second floor, which is reached by climbing a spiral staircase equivalent to three floors. You can rent a villa with a large terrace overlooking Yatsugatake and stay as if it were your own vacation home. This is a convenient mountain villa located 10 minutes from the Chuo Expressway interchange. However, there are no stations or shops within walking distance, so please be sure to come by car. We recommend coming by your own car or by rental car from Chino Station. In winter, please come with a 4WD vehicle and winter tires. During the cold season, the living room, dining room, kitchen, sun room, and bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating, so you can stay comfortably. You can chop wood yourself and enjoy the wood-burning stove. In the warmer seasons, you can also enjoy a BBQ on the large wooden deck in front of the sun room. There are two large supermarkets within a 10-minute drive, making it easy to get groceries. Including the chic two-bedroom area and the loft above the living room, the house can accommodate up to 6 people. We welcome long stays of 5 nights or more. In that case, discounts are set in detail according to the dates, so please contact us if you are staying for 5 nights. You will then be able to receive the owner's special offer discount. Limited to one group per day, available for 2 to 6 people. We are renovating a 100-year-old traditional house. There is a Yumichi Morning Cafe on site, and if you book at least the day before, you can eat for 1,300 yen (including consumption tax). It is 1,500 yen with a drink. We are closed in winter. Nearby, about 10 minutes by car, there is Mitsui's Forest, Tateshina Country, and Tateshina Tokyu Golf Course. Fujimi Panorama, Royal Hill, and Twin One Ski Resort are about 20 minutes away by car. It is also an ideal base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake. There is also a 7-Eleven, coin laundry and restaurant within a 1-minute walk. JA Pia Midori Supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. Hot springs nearby include Jomon-no-Yu and Shiokama-no-Yu. It is refreshing because of its location at an altitude of 1000 m. The host is always available, so please ask if you have any questions. You can also walk to the bus stop. Kayano Station is a 10-minute drive. Suwa Interchange is 9.4 km and 15 minutes away by car. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
