Our guesthouse is a historic building, from a time when people were still brewing. They'd grow up in the garden, hunt in nearby forests, wood heated, and cooked on a “masina.” When the doorman was decorated with family-owned items that collected ingredients from the neighborhood… and the internet and TV weren't there yet.
