It is the ONLY cabin located on the SHORE of the LAKE, RUSTIC atmosphere and first-class facilities, it has an extra large space that allows contact with nature by listening and observing the birds. The tranquility allows you to meditate, do yoga or exercise. If you bring pets, they will enjoy it the most. At night you can enjoy a delicious glass of wine next to the fire. Cabañas Yukatán la Cabañita, Lake Tota.

My place is good for couples and adventurers who like nature. It's in the middle of the forest and has a very nice balcony overlooking the lagoon. It has the best view. The bathroom has a hot water shower. There is no housekeeping or room service. Free parking is available inside the property. We only accept one pet per reservation, which must be indicated in the number of guests. This cabin does not have a kitchen. The BBQ is provided free of charge. There is no Wi-Fi.

In Iza you will find different routes for hiking, cycling, hot springs and only 14km away is Lake Tota. My place is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), big groups and pets.

The house is located in the municipality of Monguí, a 10-minute walk from the main square. The property is facing the Morro River on a private 2,500 m2 property. The place is quiet and spacious. Ideal for resting. Restaurants and supermarkets are less than a 10-minute walk away and the house has access for several vehicles. Monguí may have occasional power, water, and internet outages.
