Holiday rentals with lake access in Lake Wallenpaupack

We, 6 friends who enjoyed their stay at the Tafton, would love to recommend and give 20 stars although we can't and so 5 it is. This began as a Surprise Birthday Getaway for my Gf. What we got besides celebrating her was a memorable time with friends away from the everyday city life. This felt like home from the moment we walked in with everything we could've needed. Funny signs, paintings, a full kitchen w/ coffee maker, toaster utensils plenty of bowls pans, dishes and spices. We were well supplied with bedding, towels and even spare toiletries in each bathroom. We had plenty to do indoor and outdoor to include the nearby Lake with a stunning sunset. Thank You to our incredible host who made sure to check in and ensure we had everything we needed from booking to check out! Totally recommend to anyone looking for a great and detailed oriented host. Thanks much. "Love You,Bye"

This is a great lake house with many amenities available including fresh towels (bath and beach), sheets, and many kitchen essentials. Space well maintained and clean. The floating dock was great for swimming and made it easy to rent a boat for the day. Basement has pool table, bar, and mini fridge which was great for rainy days and evenings. Host was responsive and helpful.

Amazing time! House was perfect for us! Deer came right into the yard! Perfect location! It was close to everything we wanted to do!

The home was absolutely beautiful and super relaxing. It was in every way it was described and did not disappoint. The community was beautiful and makes you feel safe. My sister and I had an amazing time. We had so many plans to do outdoor activities and it rained all weekend but this house was perfect for a much needed staying in weekend. Perfect home and perfect weekend!

Octavio's home is a beautiful, lakefront experience just as advertised. Our group had a blast and would definitely come back. Highly recommend renting a boat from the marina (right next door) which you can dock and take out straight from your backyard!

Had such an amazing long weekend away at this beautiful apartment! Mary and her wife were easily accessible and answered any questions we had! Loved the board games and TV selection to make rainy days on the lake more fun and comfortable! The hot tub was awesome and the views were gorgeous! Would definitely recommend for a getaway! Mary also recommended Jim Thorpe which was such a cute day out! Can’t wait to come back!

I loved my time at this location! The host Jefferey, was Polite, Friendly, and very accommodating! I spent a total of 8 weeks here. The residence was super clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my extended stay. The kitchen had ample utensils, pots, pans, and everything in between! If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, serene place to stay. I would highly recommend Jefferey and this property!!!

The studio was a great option for us. We weren’t there much as we had family staying in a house across the lake. But it was a nice and comfortable spot to return to each night. Newly refurbished and spotless.

We stayed for the Spartan Race event at Bethel Woods. Very conveniently located just a few minutes away. Restaurants within walking distance and a beautiful view from the deck.

Great time with family- rained the entire time- best rainy vacation ever! We enjoyed fishing on the lake, hot tub was great, playing pool, family game nights and nearby hiking to waterfalls. Great family spot to bring dogs…Scottish terrier could do the spiral stairs immediately, big wirehaired pointer took a couple of days to conquer the stairs but he Did It! I would highly recommend if you want to spend time with family in a relaxing atmosphere!

Allison’s place is perfect if you’re looking for a cute cozy space to unwind and relax. Her place was so clean and looked exactly like the photos. She’s more than willing to help with anything you need while you’re there too! Overall great place to stay!

Stayed for a long girls weekend with 5 of us and the house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and decent privacy with trees surrounding you. Lots of things to do right in the home between the hot tub, tons of games, air hockey table, pac man arcade game, corn hole and more. Loved the private balcony’s. There are Premium Outlets about 20 minutes away with lots of popular stores to shop in with a cafeteria full of food options to choose from. Rosa was very responsive when we had questions and easy to communicate with. I would recommend staying at Rosa’s place to anyone looking for a cozy, clean home with lots of things for kids to enjoy and even adults.

From booking to check-out, Karan made this entire process so smooth. The cottage was lovely, exactly as described, and properly cleaned!! We had everything we needed, and the cozy welcoming space felt just like home. We had a wonderful stay!
