The house has a new kitchen with Miele appliances including an inbuilt coffee machine. 2 new bathrooms, one is outdoors with stone bath under the stars. Large front deck with a lovely view of the sunset over the lake and a great back yard with fire pit and hydrotherapy hot tub. The house also has a pot belly fire to keep you warm on the cooler winter nights.

Welcome to our home in Lakes Entrance! Our home is in town on the flat and a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We are pet friendly with a fully secure yard and our long driveway is perfect for bringing a boat! Our backyard area is newly modernised with BBQ, outdoor TV, couch and dining area. The cottage is located in Marine Parade behind an art gallery, everything is in walking distance, with space to park your car and boats. (A mooring on the adjacent jetty is available for additional fee). Across the road from the property is the beautiful Gippsland lake, ready for you to put the boat in and explore.
