You’ll find yourself unwinding and recharging while hiking, enjoying campfires, or soaking in the hot tub under the midnight sky. Though you will be surrounded by nature, you won’t be roughing it! The cabin is modern and offers everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Renter must be 25 and above.

Inside, you’ll stay cool with AC, a cozy queen bed, kitchenette, dining table, reliable wifi, and full bath. Outside, relax by the fire pit or cook on the charcoal grill. Nestled in the Catskills Forest, less than 2 hrs from NYC, you'll find Birch Ridge A-frame! This gorgeous 2-bedroom cabin is set on 7 private acres with hiking areas and a seasonal stream. Enjoy the wall of windows that creates a magical stay with breathtaking views. This is the perfect place to relax, sit in the barrel sauna, hike through the private forest, roast marshmallows over the fire, and soak up the sounds of nature. A space that’s made for creating memories that will last a lifetime!

Olivia House

Olivia House is located in the quaint village of Steven's Point Pa. There is a large kitchen, dining & living room area and the original farm house features the family room which has been re-modeled but still retains the rustic farmhouse charm. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is near another bathroom with a tub. There are 5 twin beds upstairs with an ajoining loft. A half bath is located in the laundry room. A BBQ grill inhabits the deck.

The Lake Front Cottage at Lake Alden

Enjoy the natural beauty of the lake from the covered porch, stone patio, or the dock. This two bedroom cottage is great for a small family getaway any time of the year! Come enjoy fishing, boating, and swimming all from your own private dock. Please note that during the winter months weather conditions can rapidly change. AWD or 4WD is recommended for winter stays. Also, occasional power outages do occur year round due to weather. During prolonged outages, generator power can be provided.

Art House Bird Sanctuary at EBC Sculpture Park

The Art House is set in a Sculpture Park being Developed by the artist Tom and Carol Holmes. The Park is 38 acres of rolling hills, grass land with valley views, bordered by two streams and woodlands. The views are magnificent. The house is set on the second tier of three rolling hills 1000 feet up from the road. The property is the newest building project/ABNB offering from Tom; who creates magical and life changing experiences...in the landscape; at EBC Bird Sanctuary Sculpture Park.

Artful Retreat – Next to The Himalayan Institute

Lovingly updated, including new furniture, mattresses and 400-thread-count sheets, this peaceful retreat sits on an expansive 1.3 acre lot, adjacent to The Himalayan Institute property, which offers yoga, seminars and massage, etc. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise from the deck and occasionally see deer roaming through the back yard. This light, airy home is filled with whimsical touches and artwork throughout. We welcome people from all backgrounds and walks of life.

A short driving distance from Elk Mountain Ski Resort, D&H Rail Trail, state game lands, summer camps, and many great local bars, restaurants, and wedding venues. The perfect spot for a getaway! There's a fully furnished living area (with pullout queen-size bed) and large dining area that is perfect for a hangout before you hit the slopes.
