We invite you to get away at our rustic & secluded cabin in the NEPA woods! Our 30 acres of countryside is highlighted by magnificent waterfalls and bordered by over 10,000 acres of state lands. You’ll find yourself unwinding and recharging while hiking, enjoying campfires, or soaking in the hot tub under the midnight sky. Though you will be surrounded by nature, you won’t be roughing it! The cabin is modern and offers everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Renter must be 25 and above.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Element House - Off Grid Hideout

Unwind and reconnect with nature in this rustic and comfortable retreat nestled at the edge of a blueberry field. Surrounded by serene Catskills countryside, you’ll feel a world away, yet still be just minutes from outdoor activities, a thriving food scene, and Bethel Woods just 35 min away. Inside, you’ll stay cool with AC, a cozy queen bed, kitchenette, dining table, reliable wifi, and full bath. Outside, relax by the fire pit or cook on the charcoal grill. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

The Lake Front Cottage at Lake Alden

Enjoy the natural beauty of the lake from the covered porch, stone patio, or the dock. This two bedroom cottage is great for a small family getaway any time of the year! Come enjoy fishing, boating, and swimming all from your own private dock. Please note that during the winter months weather conditions can rapidly change. AWD or 4WD is recommended for winter stays. Also, occasional power outages do occur year round due to weather. During prolonged outages, generator power can be provided.

This 1920s Schoolhouse has been lovingly converted into a unique & wonderful inspiring , artsy Air BnB destination , experience , home for large groups of family and friends , up to 16+. Chefs kitchen with 13 ft. dining table. Close to the Delaware river in one of the most pristine & beautiful areas of NYS. The rental also includes use of a music /jam/ recording studio . NO PETS ALLOWED except for well trained service or hunting dogs.

The Mill House: Creekside Catskills Spring Escape

The Art House is set in a Sculpture Park being Developed by the artist Tom and Carol Holmes. The Park is 38 acres of rolling hills, grass land with valley views, bordered by two streams and woodlands. The views are magnificent. The house is set on the second tier of three rolling hills 1000 feet up from the road. The property is the newest building project/ABNB offering from Tom; who creates magical and life changing experiences...in the landscape; at EBC Bird Sanctuary Sculpture Park.

“The Loft” of Elk Mountain Area

Cozy one bedroom loft located in the heart of the Endless Mountains. A short driving distance from Elk Mountain Ski Resort, D&H Rail Trail, state game lands, summer camps, and many great local bars, restaurants, and wedding venues. The perfect spot for a getaway! There's a fully furnished living area (with pullout queen-size bed) and large dining area that is perfect for a hangout before you hit the slopes.
