I had a truly beautiful stay at this place. The place was clean, cozy and exactly as described. The host was welcoming, responsive and made sure everything was perfect during my visit. The location was peaceful and offered great views, making it a perfect spot to relax. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Loved this apartment! It is in a beautiful old Newari house, yet with all modern amenities. The location is fantastic to explore Patan. Only a couple of minutes walk from Patan Durbar Square yet really peaceful in a nice courtyard overlooking a small temple. Really good restaurants nearby, and it is easy to explore from there. Sanjip was extremely helpful, providing excellent recommendations and always available if I needed anything. There's a washing machine and a kitchen available, but I was happy with the hot plate, kettle etc, provided in the room, so I didn't use the kitchen. I'm so happy I chose to stay in Patan. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Staying at Ramesh's place is one of the most special experiences I've had in now over 14 years of AirBnb experiences. This is truly a homestay. If you are looking for a box on a wall with a code and not meeting a single local. May I say, like in Covid times stay home. This is truly an immersion in Nepal. An incredibly lovely family, you have your privacy when you need it and your advice and cultural immersion which is what I hope we are looking for when travelling to magnificent Nepal. Ramesh will help in airport pickup, dropoff and excursions at unbeatuable prices! Ramesh and his family represent what AirbnB was supposed to be and what a true traveller should look for: LIVING truly in the country you visit, with the locals. True postive karma as it should be :)

We stayed at Vidit's for two weeks to participate in tennis tournaments at All Nepal Lawn Tennis Association. It was only 10 minutes drive and very easy to call a taxi by Apps. Also very convenient to do grocery shopping everyday at the supermarket next to the apartment. Above all, Mr. Vidit is kind enough to meet any request we made anytime. Highly recommend‼︎

I recommend the place for both private and work related stay. The apartment is clean, spacy and quiet, the kitchen is well equipped, and I liked to work at the table in the dining room. As the nights in Kathmadu were particularly cold those days, I really appreciated always available hot water and the electric blankett in the bedroom. Dipa was very responsive and very friendly in communication. On arrival I found a welcome snack and fruit, which was really nice. Also I was able to use the washing machine on the top floor, which was very helpful. I hope to come again. Thank you very much for the great stay.

The apartment is very great and the Riwaz is kind person, they help me with my check-in and tell me very tips about the neigh the place is amazing, comfortable with a great desktop to work in home, there's a rooftop that you can meet people that live in other floors, drink a beer or eat something the neigh is very great, there's very good restaurants nearby to veg and non-veg tastes the apartment is 20 minutes from center by motorbike, there's little malls near that you can get whatever you need to long or short stay the only little problem in the apartment is the heating system in bathroom, it's by solar energy so if there's too much clouds in the day you'll get a warm water, but nothing really worry by the way, the host is very kind and helpful, I really recommend this place for stays in Kathmandu/latitpur, I'll definitely come back :)

This was an incredible stay. The Cozy Nepal team went above and beyond for us at every turn. We were here for Machindranath and it was one of the best experiences travelling I ever had. Thank you to everyone at Cozy Nepal! Do yourself a favour and avoid the tourist trap of Thamel and stay in unique and authentic Patan!

I had a very enjoyable stay at Manish's place. The place was extremely clean and well managed. I especially appreciated that the bathroom was very clean and spacious and the kitchen was spotless. Manish was also very accommodating and helped with anything I needed. The place is well positioned for lots of natural lighting if you want to push back the curtains, but he also has a very beautiful ambient lighting system set up in the apartment that can light any area of the apartment you are in. He also have a huge TV in the living area and everything works and easy to operate. The place is also in walking distance to lots of restaurants. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there and felt very comfortable. I definitely recommend Manish's place and would stay again when I'm in Nepal.

I had a fantastic stay at Ayushi's place. This is a brand new building and apartment so everything feels fresh and clean with plenty of natural light. The bed is comfortable, the furniture is new and a great hot shower is available. The kitchen has the essentials for basic cooking. The location is perfect: it's literally a few minutes walk from Patan Durbar Sq. but it is set back down a side street, with no through traffic so it is nice and quiet. The area feels local and friendly and has plenty of amenities. Ayushi and her father were extremely helpful and took genuine care to make sure I was comfortable. They were also very quick to respond to any queries I had. This level of hospitality is really appreciated. Very much recommended.

Ajay’s place was a great house and location. Hot water in all the taps was a big plus! Comfy beds. Special food on offer at check in and check out made this place standout. Ajay and his wife are great hosts. We had a great time exploring the area and will be back. The house is close to Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s Gompa and ancient Newari temples. It was a great stay :)

This apartment was a beautiful home away from home. Comfortable bed, hot water in the shower, private clothes washing machine, well stocked kitchen, peaceful balcony, fast and reliable wi-fi, and everything else was as described. The hosts arranged for a car from the airport which made the check in process even easier. The kind host met us in the street outside the apartment. The apartment is in a prime location near the Patan Durbar Square. However, the building is through some courtyards away from the street and so you hear absolutely no street noise. I would highly recommend this host and location.

The family was warm, hospitable and welcoming. They are a very kind family, and very helpful to integrate us into the community. Madhu taught us how to get around, recommended shops, bus routes, how to order water, etc. We are thankful that our 2 months stay here was very pleasant. We miss them already. The neighbourhood is very safe.

Great place. Kiran's flat has a nicely finished interior, is spaceous with a full kitchen and lots of outdoor space, ample parking and friendly security. Strong aircon and very conveniently located near the airport with convenient shopping just outside and a quick cab ride to essential sites in the KTM valley -- this place comes highly recommended. Very friendly and helpful host as well, I'll definitely be staying again.

We have had an amazing stay at Kathmandu Mega Appartement, which is perfectly located with many things to do nearby. Thakur was a great and thoughtful host, making us decide to add a few more nights here after traveling around Nepal.

The place is nice and cozy and is well facilitated with all the utilities. The apartment is located in prime city area with loads of options for restaurants. Places like the Kathmandu Durbar Square is also within walking distance if you are looking to explore the city. The apartment itself is clean and well maintained and is secluded if you are looking for some privacy. The owner is also super nice and friendly. Overall my experience here was good and I recommend this place.
