The apartment is beautifully furnished, equipped and maintained and the location is just tremendous: overlooking a charming garden square in one of London’s most stately neighborhoods, a block in one direction from the Thames and in the other direction from the nearest tube station. Moreover, Fiona provided the most extensive and high-quality welcome package we have ever experienced, with a fridge full of fruit, yogurts, butter, milk, etc., a tasty loaf of fresh bread, and abundant Nespresso capsules. She also welcomed us in person, gave us a quick “guided tour” of the apartment and messaged us from time to time to check all was well. Overall, a most satisfying experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Matthew’s place! The location was perfect, easy access to trains and bus routes, easy check in and very comfy beds! Matthew’s communication with instructions for check in were very handy and the space was spotlessly clean. The weather was perfect to make use of the terrace. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Clare was really helpful offering us early check-in and gave us excellent instructions to find the apartment from Luton Airport. The flat was ideal perfectly sized for our stay and stylish, homely and beautifully clean. Everything you needed for an excellent stay was provided including some welcome essentials and treats to get us started. Loved the Clapham area and founds lots of lovely restaurants and shops locally. There was easy access to the underground also which made the stay just ideal for our first time in London. Would highly recommend Clare’s apartment in a heartbeat and hope to go back again soon!

Great apartment in a vibrant part of London and a stones throw from Brixton academy. Rosie was a great host, allowed me to check in early and responded quickly to any queries. Highly recommend her place!

A convenient location. The description matches. Nearby there is a park, shops, pubs, metro and bus stops. The apartment is clean and warm. Kitchen is equipped with all the needed amenities. The hostess is friendly and always in touch.

Ella is an amazing host - always so communicative, proactive and helpful! I absolutely loved staying at her place - it is very clean and cozy, everything is fully functional, looks exactly like the photos/description, and made me feel right at home for the last month and a half. The neighborhood is great and very accessible given both the Queensway and Bayswater stations are close, and also close to amazing parks and neighborhoods. Thank you Ella!

Tara and Milo were incredibly nice and super quick to respond to help. A major highlight was Oliver, one of the sweetest cats I've ever met – he truly made the stay even more special. The location was ideal, offering a stay away from central London while still providing great cafes, restaurants, and parks nearby to visit and easy train access to the city.

Aneel was so easy to communicate with. Area was great & close to restaurants, attractions, tube stations & borough market. Accommodation was slightly different to photographs but a lovely space to be in & spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend.

First of all, Billie and Max are excellent hosts who communicate very well, respond quickly to questions, and are extremely helpful. Thank you for all the support you provided throughout the entire process. The apartment’s location is fantastic—very close to two different tube stations. What I loved most was its proximity to Hyde Park. If you enjoy walking, you can easily add a short stroll through the park to your daily routine :) It’s situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, yet still close to lovely cafés and restaurants. In this neighborhood, you don’t feel like a tourist but more like a local, truly immersing yourself in the spirit of the city. I’m already looking forward to staying in this apartment again. Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

This place was exceptional! I stayed for just over a week and it was perfect. The apartment came with everything you would need and was spotless. The building is well designed and felt very safe. The location is great, very central, close to shops, restaurants and the tube. Darran was incredibly helpful, very responsive, and proactive. Checking in and out was super easy. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely look to stay again!

This was a perfect place for my fiancée and I to spend a few days exploring London. We took a ~15 minute walk to the New Cross Gate station every day and took a ~1hr train into the center of the city—if you are like us, the public transportation was so comprehensive and efficient that it was a fun way to start every morning. This spot was a great way to experience a quieter part of the city with less tourism that’s still safe and fun. It was easy to find, quiet, clean, and a very pleasant space. Our host was polite, helpful and responsive. When we return to the city we will absolutely be booking again!

Fantastic location. Close to the very cosmopolitan Brixton market. Very easy walk to the tube, trains and buses. We bought Oyster cards at the tube station which made travel around Greater London seriously easy and efficient. The accommodation had everything we needed plus more. Heaps of books to read of that is your inclination - I found the range fascinating. The patio is a nice area to chill on those nice warm London afternoons. Shall stay here again when we return to London.

I’ve enjoyed very much staying at her beautiful little Den. Everything is decorated finely amd with a lot of attention including the little garden! Beautiful parks such as the Rookery gardens and Tooting Commons are right next door to explore and neighbours friendly. Parking in the nearby streets is though not free anymore;-)

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. I absolutely loved this location. It was a beautiful space with incredible views of London. Close walk to the underground to take you to central London.

We visited London for 4 days. Kate's apartment is adorable and even more beautiful in real than the pictures. The location is just outside London, but the center is easy to reach by bus and metro. Since it was high temperatures, the bathroom in the beautiful and clean pool just came to us. Communication with Kate is quick and excellent. We'd come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Kate!

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊

Lisa was a very welcoming.We turned up a little early so Lisa recommended a coffee shop to enable the apartment to be prepared. The apartment was clean and tidy and Lisa provided a few essentials to get us started eg bread/milk. Communication was excellent and we used her recommendations for local pubs eg The Cutty Sark and the visit to Greenwich Park. We were here to attend a concert at the o2 and location for this was good 25/30 mins walk. Overall perfect place for our needs.

Great location - the apartment was in excellent condition, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Silvia who checked me in and showed me the facilities (spa facilities, lovely swimming pool, gym,...) was lovely. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Having stayed with StarHost before, I can confidently say their service remains outstanding. I'll definitely book this place again in the future when in London.

Noah, the host, was truly wonderful. From our initial communication, she was kind and attentive, and during our stay, whenever any issues arose, she responded promptly and sincerely. She is without a doubt a Superhost. Although we experienced a few challenges—such as being unable to enter at check-in because my name was missing from the list, some areas where cleaning was insufficient, and having to walk from the 26th floor to the ground floor when the elevator broke down—Noah handled everything swiftly and with great care, and all was resolved. I’m sure everything has been improved for future guests, and the environment will be even better. The apartment was spacious and just like the photos. The nearby supermarket had a better selection than we expected, which was very convenient. The Jubilee line station was closer than we thought, making it easy to get anywhere. We had a very comfortable stay.
