Close to the main wedding reception halls in the area: Grange de Poudepe 50 m, Châteaux Monbet/Prada 10 min drive.

Charming air-conditioned cottage with secure parking

Come and relax in peace in this new, air-conditioned cottage in the heart of Sud-Gironde. Designed down to the smallest detail, this cozy, tastefully decorated place is impeccably clean and offers optimal comfort: excellent bedding (quality double bed and sofa bed), a very well-equipped kitchen, and a large smart TV. On the doorstep of Sauternes, enjoy the forest trails by bike and the Ciron by canoe-kayak. Travel light and enjoy; we'll take care of everything. Towels and bed linen included!

The ferret annex

This unique accommodation is close to all the sites and amenities, located between Biarritz and Hossegor, it is 2 steps from the tram bus terminus and 5 minutes from the beaches on the Landes coast. It offers you a beautiful view of the forest in a quiet area. It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful small shower room and a large terrace. It is all wood like the traditional cabins of Cap Ferret, comfortable, elegant, very easy to access and very well insulated.

Gite les coquillages 1 (Shells 1)

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Casaloft- Loft (optional private Jacuzzi)

The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Not overlooked. 3 min from shops, and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car. You will have the choice of having an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available for an additional fee (40 euros per night of booking, accessible until 1:00 a.m. Our animal friends are accepted according to their size. The workshop under the pines

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

800m from the beach 2 bedrooms with private garden

2 bedroom new house of 40m2 under pine trees with a private garden. 800m from the beach and close to cycle paths through the forest that bring you north to Capbreton or south to Ondres. Access by a shared path. 2 bedrooms that can each be left with king size beds or split into 4 singles. Functional Living room/kitchen with all amenities and and a gas griddle for outside cooking. Eat dinner outside on the Patio and then take the aperitif on the sofa under the trees.

The Annex: quiet air-conditioned kitchen. Swimming pool, bicycles

At the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet, house with a 17 m2 annex that can accommodate a couple and a baby. Separate space from the owner. Comfortable bed. Pool with stairs for guest use only, terrace with deckchairs, and small terrace for dining. Basic kitchen with dishes. Coffee maker with capsules, tea and sugar for troubleshooting the first morning. Bakery and convenience store 100 m away open every day. Bikes on loan! 120 m from the port and close to bike paths.

"Le p'tit chalet des bois" just for you

"Le p'tit chalet des bois" Quiet stay in the heart of the Landes forest. Direct access to the "Voie Verte Mios - Bazas" bike path Self check-in and check-out possible at any time. Small cottage just for you, secluded in nature with large garden/forest. Sleeps 1 to 3 people (2 adults max + 1 child), (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Regarding our four-legged friends, dog owners will need to specify the breed and weight in the stay request. Thank you

La Bulle des Pins (with SPA option)

Relax in this quiet space with private entrance without overlooking neighbors and outdoor parking space. You will have the choice of having a private outdoor SPA/JACUZZI heated to 37°C (50 euros unlimited until the next morning). For your comfort, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. 2 welcome Tassimo coffee pods as well as tea and infusions are offered. No cleaning fee, however we ask that you leave the accommodation clean.

Cozy bungalow close to the ocean, heated pool

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, close to the beach and Capbreton city center. Guests will enjoy a fully renovated bungalow and its heated pool. You can rest on your private terrace or in the garden in the shade of maritime pines and cork oaks. This is the perfect vacation rental to leave the car during your vacation and do everything by bike or on foot! Note: our house is located right next to the bungalows.
