Cafetière avec capsules, thé et sucre pour dépanner le premier matin. Boulangerie et supérette à 100 m ouvertes tous les jours. Vélos prêtés ! A 120 m du port et à proximité des pistes cyclables.

Venez vous détendre au calme dans ce chalet neuf et climatisé au cœur du Sud-Gironde. Pensé dans les moindres détails, ce cocon à la décoration soignée offre une propreté irréprochable et un confort optimal : excellente literie (lit double et canapé-lit de qualité), cuisine très bien équipée et grande TV connectée. Aux portes de Sauternes, profitez des sentiers forestiers à vélo et du Ciron en canoë-kayak. Voyagez léger et profitez, on s'occupe de tout. Linge de lit et serviettes inclus !

La Bulle des Pins (with SPA option)

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme avec entrée privative sans vis-à-vis et place de parking extérieur. Vous aurez le choix d'avoir à disposition un SPA/JACUZZI privatif extérieur chauffé à 37°C ( 50 euros en illimité jusqu'au lendemain matin). Pour votre confort, les draps, les serviettes et torchons sont fournis. 2 dosettes de cafés Tassimo de bienvenue ainsi que du thé et infusions sont offerts. Pas de frais de ménage, néanmoins nous demandons de laisser le logement propre.

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Casaloft- Loft (optional private Jacuzzi)

The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Not overlooked. 3 min from shops, and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car. You will have the choice of having an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available for an additional fee (40 euros per night of booking, accessible until 1:00 a.m. Our animal friends are accepted according to their size. The workshop under the pines

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

2 bedroom new house of 40m2 under pine trees with a private garden. 800m from the beach and close to cycle paths through the forest that bring you north to Capbreton or south to Ondres. Access by a shared path. 2 bedrooms that can each be left with king size beds or split into 4 singles. Functional Living room/kitchen with all amenities and and a gas griddle for outside cooking. Eat dinner outside on the Patio and then take the aperitif on the sofa under the trees.
