This unique accommodation is close to all the sites and amenities, located between Biarritz and Hossegor, it is 2 steps from the tram bus terminus and 5 minutes from the beaches on the Landes coast. It is all wood like the traditional cabins of Cap Ferret, comfortable, elegant, very easy to access and very well insulated.

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. The workshop under the pines

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Eat dinner outside on the Patio and then take the aperitif on the sofa under the trees.

La Bulle des Pins (with SPA option)

Relax in this quiet space with private entrance without overlooking neighbors and outdoor parking space. You will have the choice of having a private outdoor SPA/JACUZZI heated to 37°C (50 euros unlimited until the next morning). For your comfort, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. 2 welcome Tassimo coffee pods as well as tea and infusions are offered. No cleaning fee, however we ask that you leave the accommodation clean.
