It is all wood like the traditional cabins of Cap Ferret, comfortable, elegant, very easy to access and very well insulated.

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. Cozy studio adjoining a wooden frame house in a very quiet subdivision on the edge of the forest. The relaxing atmosphere of the forest, the birds and sometimes even the sound away from the waves will lull you away for a vacation full of positive energy and rest. The lake of Léon 5 min by bike or the ocean with the beach of La Lette 5 min by car and the beach of St Girons 30 min by bike will allow you to enjoy the water. The bike path nearby should also seduce athletes.

The workshop under the pines

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.
