Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Lanesborough

This is my family's second time staying at Nahuel's beautiful home. Our pup loves the fenced in yard, and my husband enjoys the hot tub + grill whenever he is here on a work trip in Kinderhook!

The Art House suited our family history and reunion gathering perfectly. Our large group of 10 was very comfortable and there was plenty of room to gather, eat, and visit. The location was very convenient to shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are comfortable. Carl was very responsive both before and during our visit. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone with a large group visiting the Berkshires, MASSMoCA, Mt. Greylock or other local attractions.

This is our second time staying in The Farmhouse, and our 5th or 6th time booking with Ginny. This property is very relaxing, we brought our three dogs and they loved the backyard. The house was clean and organized. We enjoyed breakfast on the farmers porch. The hot tub was nice. It’s a quick drive to downtown NoHo, Florence and EastHampton. So much to do in this area. We highly recommend.

John was the best host! He was super responsive and the photos/ description were spot on! Had a great weekend there and only a 4 minute drive to Jiminey Peak! Definitely will stay again!

We had a wonderful week at this Great Barrington home. Everything was as described in the listing, and we loved the pond view, use of kayaks, paddle boards & hit tub, the serenity of the gazebo and the breezes on the screen porch. Our family was able to spread out and not feel right on top of each other, but yet we were still able to hang out in the open kitchen/living room area. The pond was so much bigger than we expected- great place to kayak and spy on beavers, geese and turtles. The owners were very communicative and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we had any questions. Easy drive to downtown Barrington and surrounding areas. We even road our e-bikes into GB one day and it was a beautifully scenic ride.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and everything I needed was close by. What really made this stay stand out was the host. They were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire visit. From helpful local tips to making sure I had everything I needed, they went above and beyond. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Thank you for such a memorable stay

What a gem! Reminiscent of lakeside “camps” that I visited as a child. We played games and did puzzles on the magical screened porch; comfortable beds, awesome showers, had the pond to ourselves and the dogs loved it, too.

A beautiful, spacious home inside and out. We slept comfortably and awoke to birdsong and endless views of lush green. We were in the hot tub often and made bbqs and sat around the fire pit and watched movies, and hiked and explored the town of Catskill in the day. A gorgeously situated home to connect with family and close friends.

Anthony's house was an excellent venue for the weekend of our son's wedding in Williamstown. It easily fit the eight family members staying there with plenty of privacy on three floors and great gathering spaces on the main floor, deck, and pool deck. We're grateful the pool was open; the kids loved it on a hot afternoon of our stay. If you are looking at this house, don't let the backroads approaching it look like a liability. They are well maintained and allow easy access to Williamstown and the southern Vermont towns along route 7, yet the quiet location will insure you sleep well.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The weather wasn’t great but between the indoor pool and arcade there was enough to keep the kids busy!

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Jacks place. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding private property is stunning. Nicole was very helpful whenever I had any questions.

The place was great and wish i had more time there. We were just looking for a quick overnight with two bedrooms, which this was, but it seemed like a lovely place for a vacation.

Gautam was very responsive and extremely kind! The property had a huge backyard. You don’t need to ever leave the premise. The pool, yard, and gazebo were the perfect place to spend the weekend. Each bedroom has a bathroom and had great privacy. It was a great weekend!

My fiance & I really enjoyed our weekend getaway at this cabin. The space was perfect for just us two. It was very clean and exactly like the pictures shown. Our favorite part was the jacuzzi and the privacy it had. Also liked that it wasn’t too far from things. Would definitely stay again!

So much fun!! The airstream was super cool/relaxing and the animals were so adorable. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

We had a great time here with our 9 month old baby. The pictures don’t do the house justice. Access to the lake for swimming and kayaking and the facilities (pools, beach, basket ball and tennis court) make this a great place for an active vacation. The house has everything you need to travel with a young child (toys, changing table, pack ‘n play and even black out shades). The towns of Athens and Coxsackie are a few minutes away and have decent food and drink options. We would love to come back!

We really loved our stay at Jody's A-Frame home. The boys loved to sled in the yard. It was great to make a fire each evening. It was very close to Mt. Snow for our daily skiing. The day we were supposed to drive up, there was a large storm predicted and Jody worked with us to allow us to arrive earlier than the typical check-in time in order to avoid the storm. It was a special week for us and we are grateful for her hospitality!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a peaceful weekend away and it was soo worth it. The home is so clean and updated and it was so nice. The bath towels were thick and smelled amazing! It really is the little details that made this place stand out to me. And the creek running in the back is so serene. I would absolutely stay here again. It rained most of our stay but we were so warm and cozy inside. I would love to come back during a sunny weekend to explore more of the outdoors, because the Catskills mountains are so amazing.

We had the most amazing time at Ed's cabin! Our group was looking for a peaceful getaway, and this place delivered. Nestled in the woods with a beautiful view, the cabin was the perfect escape. It had everything we needed: firewood and supplies for a cozy fire, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, hot tub, and more. The outdoor space was just as impressive, with a huge garden and plenty to explore. Ed was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this cabin, especially if you’re planning to spend most of your time on the property. That said, it's still close enough to the Catskills' main hiking spots. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

This is by far me and my boyfriend's favorite stay we've been to. Tommy's guidebook made everything so easy. He was very thorough with directions to the place, instructions for the hot tub, and local recommendations. It rained most of the weekend, but my boyfriend and I were still able to enjoy the hot tub and find relaxation in the privacy of the property. 100% coming back for another visit!

Such a beautiful house for a get-away! It has everything--fireplace, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, babbling brook that you can hear from the deck--with clear instructions on how to use everything. The photos are spot-on accurate. Veronica was a great host. Her communication was timely and useful, with everything we needed to know exactly when we needed it. I would definitely come back!
