Relax in the stylish and quiet house on the edge of the forest in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Rennsteig (2 km away). House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. It is also worth having breakfast/grilling on the terrace with magnificent views in good weather. Bedroom (1.60 m bed), sofa as well as workstation (fast Wi-Fi) and view.

The guest apartment is located directly on campus, yet close to nature. If you have problems with pets, insects or feathered friends, you should not read any further. Close to shopping, swimming pool, ice rink, good gastronomy, nature reserve. Parking is available right in front of the property. Good starting point for hikes to the Kickelhahn, to the Bobhütte, Gabelbach or Rennsteig, for bike rides on the Ilmradweg or individually, motorized for tourist destinations in Thuringia

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, and Senseo machine. Attention: Not suitable for people with walking difficulties! Attic, no elevator!

On our smart TV, I provide you with Netflix for rainy days and relaxing evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, right by the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. Sufficient amenities are available for business travelers. 1 travel crib and 1 highchair are available for a small guest.

The city center is a 3-minute walk away, while the Festhalle and the city park are less than 5 minutes away on foot. From there, you can take various hikes through the Thuringian Forest (e.g. to the Kickelhahn or to Manebach).

Unser Ferienhaus erwartet Sie in Ilmenau, direkt an der Ilm. Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude wurde liebevoll restauriert und bietet sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten, die einen Aufenthalt verschönern. Nach 100 Meter sind Sie auch schon direkt in der Innenstadt von Ilmenau. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe.
