We really enjoyed our stay here and felt right at home. The house looked just like the pictures and was very cozy. Luam even reached out during our stay to ensure everything was going well. If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely return.

It was amazing.The pool is so fun.We had bad weather but we were still a little inside.The location is quiet and beautiful. We will come back for sure. Thank you

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We had family travel in from several states, and everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed the spacious layout. It was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but I’m already looking forward to booking this home again. I’ll definitely be a repeat renter!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. If we are to return, we would most likely look at this house as a first option. The house is very spacious and for there to be 10 of us, we never felt piled on top of each other. the host communicated very well, from the time we booked the reservation up until it was time to check out and we really appreciate that! One main thing I would ask the host to consider is putting FULL BODY mirrors in some rooms (ie. living room/den and master bedroom) it was kind of hard trying to get dressed and make sure I looked well put together without having a full mirror to look into. Also, with all the backyard space, an in ground pool would have been nice but the above ground pool did its job. Overall the stay was about an 8/10

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

I think this was a wonderful place no problems at all just at the end when we was accused of something that was not when we went around we mop and everything and it was not but overall I really liked him

All the amenities (pool, sauna, steam shower, etc) were fantastic but attention to the simple things such as; lots of towels, bowls/treats for dogs, paper towels, cleaning and kitchen supplies was terrific. We often see places that miss on the little things that we end up shopping for. This place had it all, made it convenient for us to enjoy ourselves the entire time. This place is a gem and instant favorite of ours. Well done!

Had the pleasure of staying at Ruben’s with my friends for a girls’ getaway, and wow—did we all love this place! It was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy. We’re already planning to stay here again!

First let me say clean! There’s very few places with my standard of cleaning. However, I will say that you have to think about everything that comes with renting a basement ie: kids stomping and running around, crying, etc. I wish I would have thought of this so I would have brought my headphones for my zoom conference. That was my only quarrel. The home is exactly as pictured, and again… super clean! I would recommend staying here!

If you're a tourist exploring the area, I recommend Zena's place. If you're a business professional, you guessed it, Zena's place. I was just in town for a short time and found this listing at the last minute. What luck! My stay was wonderful. Check-in is easy. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. No complaints. Would absolutely return in the future.

We had a great time there. The place is kept very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Helen was very responsive to our questions and requests. The fenced in backyard was a plus for my Labrador.

The home was perfect for a quick girls’ trip to visit friends. Everything was well appointed. The home was spacious and everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the patio! Olalekan was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing stay all around ! Super comfy space and super clean! The only thing is that while the listing says “Entire home” it is just a seperate space basement, but a huge spacious one at that! Olu’s airbnb is definitely worth all the while!

Melissa's place is always great. This is the 3rd or 4th time we stayed there while on a gig nearby. Nothing like coming back from a day of working and relaxing in the hot tub.

My stay was peaceful and I really enjoy being there.

This is such a lovely, peaceful place right in the heart of Silver Spring, Maryland. The yard is beautiful and the house is so comfortable and quiet. We were there for 5 days for our son’s wedding and it was a haven for us during the hectic pre-wedding days. The kitchen is wonderful. Everything was very clean. The back enclosed porch was a fantastic additional space to be able to sit in. There are many other small things that make this house so nice- lots of attention to detail and pre-thought so there is nothing you need. Michelle and Jeff were SO considerate and quick to respond to us. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and having family stop by to see us. We hope to be able to come again when we are in town to visit our son.

This place was fabulous and met all of our needs! Stuart was very responsive and when we had an issue, he quickly rectified it! such a gracious host!

We stayed at Marie’s home while attending an event at the University of Maryland. We did have to drive anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to get to the places we needed to go (the university and metro), but it was the perfect location for us. It was incredibly peaceful, beautiful and relaxing on her property. The unit itself was in the basement of her home and we felt very safe and comfortable. Marie gave us plenty of privacy and responded quickly when we did need something. Zero complaints would highly recommend

My time at this Airbnb was great! Lan was an amazing host and made me feel right at home. The place was amazing and so cute!! Honestly, better than the pictures. She was so friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I had every I needed, plus more. The place is so local to some great places, and restaurants. Also the detail in this Airbnb was incredible, so amazing! If I’m ever in the Buffalo area I will stay Again! Thank you

I have stayed at two other air bnbs in Florida. This was my first in Maryland. This place was extremely clean, nicely furnished, tastefully decorated, and thoroughly stocked with EVERYTHING we might need. Heather had thought of everything. My sister, who has stayed at over twenty airbnbs (bc she travels often) as well as my husband and my other sisters also were extremely satisfied and impressed at the spotless and well decorated home. All the electronics worked well and there were very easy to follow directions. You would think this would be a standard for electronics, but it is not so—we stayed at an air bnb that boasted of a game room with game console, but the pool table was filthy and there were no directions on how to use the game console. Heather was awesome! I cannot say enough about her quick responsiveness and kindness and professionalism. This place made me feel pampered, very comfortable, and happy. It’s a bright home with a lot of natural light. 100% recommend!!!

After losing out on three different rentals we found this house. We were staying the week for our son’s graduation from the Naval Academy. It was perfect for our family. We didn’t care about being in downtown Annapolis and this place is perfect for some quiet time and relaxing from the hustle and bustle of graduation week. Would recommend this place for everybody. This place is larger and even better in person than in the pictures. Large roomy kitchen that has an open floor plan on the main floor. Great master shower and huge master closet. The neighborhood was nice and safe. Very quaint.

Melaku’s place is very neat and clean. The place felt like home. Melaku is very responsive to any doubt. I stayed at this place with my parents who had travelled internationally for vacation here in the States. This is their first Airbnb experience. They absolutely loved it. Snacks and coffee added a great touch to our stay. Kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at Nanyang Place—it truly felt like our home away from home in D.C. The host was exceptionally thoughtful and accommodating, especially knowing that we were traveling with a baby. She went above and beyond by providing a high chair, a crib, and even some baby food, which made our stay so much more comfortable and stress-free. The home itself was beautifully organized, clean, and welcoming. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure a smooth experience. We felt genuinely cared for, and her hospitality made a big difference in our trip. Thanks to her kindness and attention to detail, we were able to enjoy a memorable and relaxing family vacation in Washington, D.C. Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with young children!
