There is a supermarket in Charco and several good island-typical restaurants in Mala and Arrieta, where there is also a long, flat sandy beach, suitable for children and surfers. A protected swimming area (200 m) made of natural lava rock allows swimming at high tide all year round. A rock (500 m) with a step ladder is the perfect access to the sea for swimmers and divers. Several hiking trails start behind the house. The most beautiful leads directly to the excursion point “Jardin de Cactus”, by the famous island artist César Manrique.

The villa Villa Peaky, which is situated in Yazia, overlooks the nearby sea and mountains. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a washing machine as well as a TV. The holiday home ‘Finca Bellavista’ is located in a quiet area in Teguise.
