kitnet, 21m², practical, is located 1km approximately from the center. is installed in an area UNDER CONSTRUCTION that gives access to it, it is not located on the ground floor, access by 1st floor, however it has its functionalities ok. NOTE: At the moment, there are no people working from Monday to Saturday in the yard. If this is an impediment, check beforehand if there will be workers in the yard or not!!! Made by us, it is integrated with nature and has an incredible view, ideal for watching the moonrise and sunset, relaxing in the bathtub, on the sofa or under a tree. It has a double bed and a sofa bed, minibar, stove, shower and gas immersion bathtub, and there is a barbecue and a place for a bonfire next door. From the parking lot to the cabin, there is a 50-meter climb, with an inclined Santos Dumont staircase for access to the second floor. We have a small market exclusively for guests.

The house has a large, all-glass living space with full interaction with the surrounding forest. The construction of the house was designed to minimize the environmental impact. The woods around the house have been fully preserved. Almost entirely, the house was built with reforestation wood, has an ecological roof, ecological septic tank and compost. The space is perfect for connecting with nature by listening to birds, seeing parrots, curucacas, jacus, sabiás and lots of greenery.
