One queen sized bed, dresser, side tables and TV are in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper, desk and counter height bar stools are in the main living area. I have provided Extra linens, towels, blankets, pillow, Cleaning supplies and extra bathroom/kitchen items. The vanity is separate from the water closet.
