The house is located on Lake Schwarzsee in Davos Laret. Davos is accessible by public transport. It has a large living room with kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and wood-burning stove. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. Water from its own source, electricity and hot water are provided. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. The house is ideal for up to 7 people, but it can also accommodate 8. In winter, you park on the street. From there it is 150 m on a path to the house. If it has snowed recently, it is a bit difficult.

Vacation home with garden "La-Baita"

Our apartment is close to the center (about 15 minutes' walk to the train station) and yet in a quiet location. It is the perfect starting point for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the Badi (summer), the sports center, ice rink (winter), tennis court, playground, dwarf trail, a small supermarket and the bus stop is just around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station). The cross-country ski trail runs right behind the house.

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.

Ascharina mountain lodge with hot tub

The old stable of our beautiful Walser house was lovingly converted into a mountain lodge with space for up to 15 people. The 3 differently sized rooms all have their own bathroom. In addition, there is a cosy winterlounge, a very well-equipped kitchen and a play area and hot tub outside. The owners will be happy to prepare the hottub on request. The lodge is suitable for cosy and relaxing stays. This is not the place for parties, loud music or bachelor parties.
