Had a great stay at the homestay in Country Garden Central! Super clean, comfy, and in a convenient location easy to get around. Host was really helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Fabulous place that I willing to come back again.

The apartment was newly renovated with a smart home in design. We are impressed with the lightings in the house, electric curtains and kitchen appliances etc. In our opinion, this apartment would score perfect 10 if the projector tv just be a smart tv (unable to watch clearly under dim lighting, unlike tv - apps not user friendly) & the water purifier be easier to operate (no water - always prompt need to clean & top up). Having said that, it was not a complaint. We have a great time staying at the place. Recommended to all, especially family with kids.

the place is clean, quiet with such a view! I will definitely come back again. The only thing is that if I am taking public transport or grab, then it is abit tricky as I will need to take a grab from the immigration place to this, but it is not far at all! But if youre driving then this is the place to go! Such a valuable place to stay and appreciate the peaceful atmosphere. Theres also alot of security guards from the lobby to the carparks so quite safe! Only thing is the development for this stay has not been fully up yet so not many shops.

The place was so cosy, we wished we stayed longer! Everything was exactly like the pictures and kept really clean. The host is really responsive and clear with their instructions on how to check-in and check-out. The location is also really ideal. Highly recommend!

Good place to stay as not near to jam place and peaceful night as not near to road. Nearby got Paradigm Mall.

Overall it was a great location to stay and relatively peaceful except for the mornings when the construction for RTS train line commences at 8am. The overhead bridge that connects from CIQ to R&F Mall is generally a long 10min to 15min sheltered walk. Only key inconvenience is the temporary "decoupled" bridge that cuts under the future RTS train bridge requires you to go down a long flight of stairs up and down (2 storeys high) to reach either ends - more inconvenient for those carrying heavy or big luggage bags which happened to us 🫣🫩😰. Stay within Phase 1 building, the benefit is we are right above the mall. So walk to food and grocery (Jaya Grocer) is short. Since the mall is quite unoccupied with very few tenants / retail outlets, we can walk to City Square or Komtar easily for shopping options. Not too far walking distance to Jalan Dhoby for cafes and Hiap Joo banana cake shop for your F&B indulgence.

The check in instructions (step-by-step given) were clear and easy to understand, accommodation/utilities is as advertised, near to popular places such as AEON Mall which is huge with lots of stores. Aircon was cold, however fridge motor was slightly noisy during the night. Cleanliness 10/10. It was great that host provided bowls and cutleries, which was a good use for ordering food in. Calling Grab transport / food and Food Panda was also easy, just that need to collect from lobby / be at lobby. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a short vacation as it is affordable and accurately described in the listing. Overall: 9/10

My stay was fantastic from start to finish! The host was incredibly responsive — quick to reply, super helpful, and always available if I had any questions. It really made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming. The place itself was so comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The bed was cozy, the space was beautifully furnished, and all the essentials were provided (and then some!). It felt like a perfect little retreat, with everything I needed to truly relax. I’d absolutely stay here again. Between the great communication and the cozy atmosphere, it was one of my best Airbnb experiences!

I had a very comfortable stay here. The place is well maintained and clean, with everything I needed for a smooth visit. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, especially regarding the lift issue, which Lynette is clearly aware of and managing attentively. Would definitely recommend!

1) the first reason i chose this place and willing to pay on high side is because the beach view is amazing and the building is accessible to it. You cant swim at the beach but you can walk along the beach and play with the sand. Some days i saw plenty of rubbish at the beach. Sometimes not too much 2) the coway water filter makes my long vacay more convenient for a family with small children. 3) the location is superb. There are plenty of convenient stores. No need grabfood as Few food place especially at night. 4) bring own towel if you are not into microfibres towels. 5) the parking space is big suitable for big SUV to navigate. But need to pay rm20 per night if you chose to park at Guest parking other than your designated parking. 6) my children enjoyed the tv. We can watch decent channels 7) suitable for big family as they provide extra mattress but you might need bring blanket if you are using more than 4 beds

Clean place with nice views of the beach. Very convenient check in & out procees. host was very helpful to attend to our needs and went the extra mile to bring us the new hairdryer when we informed that it had issues. he also recommended us places to get fireworks and food when we asked.

the host was very responsive especially if you have question. the view was fantastic and the place is so clean. no problem with sockets because the place has many extensions. had a very great stay 💛

Overall, we had a good experience during the stay especially with the necessities such as hairdryer, towel etc provided. Would be good to have toothbrush provided too :)

Host very friendly and well communicated which allowed me to have early check in even i requested on last minute. Very appreciated on their hard work! Homestay is exactly same as photo and described. Room is clean with good smell during check in. Bedding is clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom is clean, well equipped with strong bidet and shower system. Overall very satisfied, will definitely book again on next visit! Keep it up!

Lisa was a great host and she was very responsive to our queries, the location was super with KSL just within reach. The lift to the apartment do get busy on certain days (weekends) but overall experience staying at this Airbnb was great. Will definitely stay again.

Rory’s place was an ideal respite for our family. The location was ideal, near our favourite restaurants and easy to get to anywhere. Listing and instructions were all as stated. Rory and Jack ensured that our inquiries were responded to. Comfy place for our family of 6 to rest, play and unwind.

Spacious and comfortable place to stay. Unit looked exactly like the photos. Only downside, close proximity to a busy highway, which can be noisy.

the house is really nice, very kids friendly renovation, my kids loves the house very much. They even provide baby cot and baby bath tub! Very quiet environment also, had a good sleep during the night!
