The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is een heel compleet vakantieverblijf! Met een lekker zwembad, zitjes voor en achter het huis en een redelijk ruime woning is het er prima om te verblijven. Bij aankomst werden we verrast door een meer dan volle mand met allerlei etenswaren, ook een gevulde koelkast en meer dan genoeg andere spullen om niet meteen naar een supermarkt te moeten voor het eten de eerste dag(en)! De woning is helemaal voorzien van alle benodigdheden om te koken, te wassen en te verblijven! De ligging van het huis is in een rustige buurt, binnen 5 minuten sta je aan het strand en met de auto is de locale supermarkt ook in een paar minuten bereikt (te voet ongeveer 25 minuten wandelen). Een auto is raadzaam om het eiland te verkennen, het openbaar vervoer stopt overigens ook vlak bij het huis. Svetlana reageert bijzonder snel op gestuurde berichten, helaas hebben we haar niet persoonlijk gezien om haar te bedanken. Een perfecte aanrader voor een heerlijke vakantie!

For 14 days and nights we loved the house. Its peaceful aura, beautiful and friendly cats, and historic features. It is a tranquil oasis where the hurly burly of life, near or far, is excluded as soon as the solid antique doors are closed. More prosaically the facilities are quirky, but everything works! The terrace is sunny, the courtyard cool, the kitchen well equipped, the beds comfy, the lounge a great place to wile away an evening. We have no regrets, and lots of happy memories!

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

What a great week. Our family needed a time away and Andria and Kyriakos could have not done more as hosts to give us an amazing memory. I don’t think anyone can find a fault with this place. The layout is just amazing. We opted for heating the pool, as it was not quite season as we visited early May, it was perfectly heated for our 2 year old, purpleluxuryvillas, Kyriakos went and set this up a few days ahead of our visit. A family visiting or a larger group, they have enough sun beds for 10, the 2 floating pool loungers, a ping pong, fooseball table, pool table, dart board, and the swimming pool. They have a bbq we spent many nights cooking. Location was also a driver for our family as we had 2 years old , 85 year old, it’s less than 5 mins walk to Lidl to get shopping, and maybe 7-8 at most to main town/strip pubs/bars/restaurants house/location couldn’t ask for more. Would not hesitate to use Andria, Kyriakos and purpleluxuryvillas you can only leave here with great memories 🙌🏻

We were a party of 6 friends and enjoyed the villa a lot. The location is right on the beach, the house is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. There was a slight problem with the directions but Terri was available and solved it quickly. Overall we had a great time and would love to come back again.

Kesinlikle fotoğraflarda göründüğünden daha iyi bir evdi. Çok memnun kaldık. Ev sahibi bize esnek davrandı girerken de çıkarken de çok yardımcı oldu. Evde hiçbir eksik yoktu klimalar yeterince soğutucuydu havuz çok keyifliydi mahremiyetle ilgili problem yoktu. Ayrıca konumu harikaydı. Merkeze de bilinen populer kumarhanelere de çok yakındı hiçbir zorluk yaşamadık kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ediyorum

We had a pleasant stay! Communication with the host was easy and clear, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The flat is in a quiet area, ideal for getting a good night’s rest, and it looks exactly like it does in the photos. While it could have been more thoroughly cleaned, the overall comfort and accurate listing made for an enjoyable stay. Thanks again for having us!

Angela ist eine vorbildliche Gastgeberin: + freundlich + zuverlässig + fürsorglich + sehr gut erreichbar + hilfs- und kompromissbereit Die Unterkunft ist top gepflegt: + mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt ist + sauber und aufgeräumt + beste Lage + bequeme Bette + viel Platz für Familie mit 2 Kindern + nette Nachbarn Es gibt jedoch einen kleinen Minus "Ameisen". Die sind überall, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell an deren Gesellschaft. 😉

Door een klein foutje per ongeluk via een ander profiel geboekt, de host heeft hierop heel snel gereageerd en de situatie opgelost. Aangename mensen die zeer flexibel zijn en wiens accommodatie fenomenaal was! Zeer proper, zeer mooie omgeving en zeer duidelijk wat te doen en wat er allemaal beschikbaar is. Wij komen zeker terug :)

This place was amazing and perfect for our large family to get together and have a holiday. The place was as described and clean and had everything we needed. Lior was quick to respond to any queries and sort things out. The villa is close by to the sea with only a 5min drive, and short drive into central Limassol where restaurants and bars etc are. Will definitely return here!

Kyriakos was the perfect host, very friendly and responsive and from the moment meeting him at the check in he made you feel very comfortable and gave great recommendations. He also included a huge welcome basket of local produce which went down a treat! The villa itself was stunning, very private and quiet and had great additions to the place that we made great use of. From the pool table, swimming pool with jacuzzi function, hot tub, bbq, firepit and the most glorious vegetable garden, our trip was extra special. There was a fantastic local restaurant a walk from the villa that was great and the owner was lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

The apartment is amazing. It is very spacious, has 2 bathrooms, livingroom is very big and kitchen is fully equipped. A big plus for the whole design. Next time I visit Larnaca I would stay here again

Paula’s place is absolutely beautiful - lovely apartment building overlooking a quiet street less than 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the square. The place is in pristine condition, excellent AC and facilities provided were all top notch. As a host Paula was so accommodating, friendly and highly communicative she guided us from the airport using the very easy public transport system and was attentive to all queries. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thanks so much Paula!
