Excellentissimo communication. The best I've had since I first subscribed, in 2016. Couldn't have found a more helpful and responsive host. The city is reachable within 10-15 minwalk and so is the beach. All in all: a great stay. ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

The apartment was absolutely lovely – new, beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail. Our stay was truly a pleasure. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, kind, and helpful throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – you won’t be disappointed!

The apartment was perfect. Situated in a great location and walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Clean and modern accommodation that was perfect for our stay. The balcony was a particular treat and the pics don’t do it justice. Would love to go back and would recommend to friends and family .

Der Gastgeber, Herr Tasos, ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch und jederzeit bereit zu helfen, es gibt eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit ihm trotz der Sprachbarrieren. Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht, es ist sehr hell, ruhig, gut ausgestattet, hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand von Finnikoudes und der historischen Gegend von Larnaka, auch ganz in der Nähe gibt es eine ausgezeichnete Bäckerei mit allem, was Sie brauchen, wie zum Beispiel hat eine Theke von Salaten, Wraps, Sandwiches und heiße und kalte Getränke. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen großen Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants, den Marktplatz (samstags kommen die Bauern, um ihre Produkte zu verkaufen) und den Busbahnhof, um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Wohnung von Herrn Tasos ist auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet, sauber und zentral. Die Vermieterin ist immer zu erreichen und sehr vorkommend.

Marios is a wonderful host who thought of everything for guest arrival… including fruit and wine! The place is cute and welcoming, extremely peaceful and very comfortable. The location is easy to reach and there is store nearby. Marios not only allowed us to check-in early, he was also willing to prorate the stay when we had to depart early unexpectedly. It’s nice to see that there are good people out there that care about others in addition to the space they offer. Thanks Marios we will be back :)!

The apartment was nice, we enjoyed the view from the window every day! Everything was close, we didn't even take a taxi from the airport and decided to have a pleasant 50 min walk instead. Just around the corner, there was a supermarket. In the neighbourhood you could find plenty of restaurants, the beach was close too, you could watch planes land which was rather fascinating. We had everything we needed in the apartment, coffee machine was great since we were working from home. The bathroom was rather small, especially if you are tall like my boyfriend, but nothing terrible :D I would recommend to stay at this apartment :)

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr schön, gut gepflegt, sehr sauber, beste Lage direkt am Strand und sehr ruhig. Alles nötige war vorhanden, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein Highlight war das Bett mit einer sehr bequemen Matratze und sogar orthopädische Kissen standen zur Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und viel Zeit auf dem Balkon sowie am Strand, was vor allem von Einheimische besucht wird, verbracht. Es gibt sehr gute Lokale in der Gegend, zu Fuẞ erreichbar wo man zu fairen Preisen gut essen kann. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen um die Insel zu erkunden und die Lage war dafür sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit Elif lief reibungslos. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung wärmstens weiter.

We had a warm welcome on arrival, late at night, from our hosts. They showed us around the apartment and briefed us, so that we could easily understand how to operate everything we needed. The apartment is well equipped with the things we needed throughout our holiday. Finikoudes beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. One of the main supermarkets is 15 minutes walk away, however a delicatessen is situated about 100m away and provides a wide selection of fresh food. The apartment is situated in a mixed residential/commercial (cafes and shops) area. The bedroom area temperature was comfortably maintained at our desired temperature by its air conditioning system. The other areas benefit from fans which enabled an overall comfortable environment. Overall we had a great holiday due to the location and convenience afforded by the apartment and its facilities.

לא הגענו לבסוף לקפריסין, נאלצנו לבטל עקב המצב בישראל. המארחים היו מלאי הבנה, ובאו לקראתנו בצורה מעוררת השראה. בני אדם מעל לכל. המארחת הגיבה במהירות לכל הודעה, תמיד בצורה נעימה, וניסתה למלא את כל בקשותינו. אם אמצא את עצמי בקפריסין, ברור לי שארצה להתארח שם ולא במקום אחר. מומלץ בחום!

The apartment is amazing. It is very spacious, has 2 bathrooms, livingroom is very big and kitchen is fully equipped. A big plus for the whole design. Next time I visit Larnaca I would stay here again

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war unglaublich sauber, gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben – durchdacht, liebevoll eingerichtet und absolut komfortabel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können den Aufenthalt nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Lage ist sehr gut im Zentrum Gastgeber sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Und wenn was gefehlt hat, Haben wir es in kurzer Zeit bekommen. jederzeit wieder gerne .

Definitely an Airbnb worth spending time in! Tony is really responsive and accommodating, helping with operation of the amenities and going out of his way to improve our experience. It's a great space to stay for a good few days so you can enjoy where you stay and cyprus altogether!

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

Toufic was a great host. The apartment was pristine with every possible amenity and comfort. Toufic had thought of everything and has gone above and beyond in terms of attention to detail. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Toufic was very communicative throughout our stay. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Cannot recommend Toufic’s place enough.

amazing host! very flexible, responsive and helpful. the jacuzzi took too long to warm up at night, we gave up after 3 hours. but other than that really good experience!

Wir haben uns in Sophia's Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist wie auf den Fotos. Unser Highlight war der tolle Außenbereich. Die Wohnung hat eine super Anbindung zur Autobahn. Wir konnten viel von Zypern sehen. Es gibt eine sehr gute Bäckerei in der Nähe sowie einen Supermarkt, welche man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Sophia ist jederzeit zu erreichen und hilft sehr schnell bei allen Anliegen und Anfragen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und grüßen Sophia herzlich Tobias und Nicole

Vanko is an amazing host and the apartment is a hidden gem. It was so nice to stay at the apartment with the jacuzzi for relaxing at the end of the day. It's got everything you'll need and is in the center of Larnaca and really close to the beach

This apartment is super convenient to everywhere. It has the most stunning view of the sea and as it is almost next to the Larnaca airport, watching the planes land from the very spacious and comfortable balcony is really good fun. Inside the apartment, there is everything one needs. Kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances. Bedrooms are comfortable with very good wardrobe space too. Bathrooms are very clean and it helps to have the two bathrooms if you have four adults staying too. We very much enjoyed the large seating space in the living room which provided everyone with opportunity to relax. Underfloor heating was lovely as the night time can still get a bit cold even though during the day it was lovely weather. The apartment is walkable to the beach and there are also cafes and restaurants within walkable distance. Larnaca centre is only 5 minutes if you choose to drive. The host was always happy to help and available if we needed. Great apartment and stay.

This was the perfect spot to relax and catch up after travelling for the last four months and before our long adventures home. Quiet, cool, comfortable for a great nights sleep. Well equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals, and the large deck with the jacuzzi was just perfect for relaxing with in the sun, or shade, catching the sun go down. We also really appreciated the super flexible check-in and check out times. Along with being within easy walking distance to everything you need, it’s a great stay if you want home away from home.
