Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Larnaca

George is an excellent host. He always responds so quickly to any issues, although I hardly had any problems, and he is very hospitable (offering to have a beer with you, or sharing some Cyprus meatballs he’s made!). George also respects your privacy, and will check in via messaging just to make sure everything is okay. The apartment was very clean and (most importantly to me) extremely quiet. The quietness, especially at night was such a surprise to me, and I was so thankful not have to deal with vehicle noise or late night foot traffic passing by the house. The bed was comfy and the sheets and towels were very clean. The house was a great spot to come back to and rest in after spending a day of exploring the town or the surrounding areas. The AC in the bedroom was most appreciated to have for escaping the heat! I had an excellent stay there and I would very much stay at George’s historical home again if I visit Cyprus again!!

A nice modern place, the bed was comfy and was something bigger than a standard double - which if you have stayed in greece before you will know this is unusal. I actually felt there were more amenties than were described. The host was very helpful with suguestions of where to go and with extra pillows. We couldnt get the TV to do anything but we werent bothered enough to ask why as it was our last night when we tried. I would make sure you take earplugs if you are disturbed by cockrels doing their thing at dawn (or what they thought was dawn) because they were pretty close and very enthusiastic, it didnt bother us and is very common anywhere in rural Greece. It's up a shared driveway with a private gate and parking behind that. The patio with a nice breeze looks out over olive trees, happy chickens, ducks, a turkey and the sea - which is very close. There is also an friendly relaxed giant guard dog looking after all the birds who we very much enjoyed making firends with.

Perfect for a family break. We had 7 nights and there was plenty to do in the area. All communication was excellent and Andy even recommended a local supermarket that would be open before we arrived. A beautiful house, lovely interior with lots of little touches, candles, board games and a fabulous courtyard which is bigger than it looks on the photos. All bedrooms are clutter free and have their own en-suite. The kitchen is large and has all the basics you need to cook meals etc. There is a large washing machine and new dishwasher with pods provided which is a nice touch. We were warmly welcomed at Tochni Tavern and then a 3 minute walk to the house and then shown around. The village is very quiet and peaceful with a supermarket, a free Astro pitch for eager football players and the local Tavern is a real treat on your door step. A fabulous traditional home in the heart of a beautiful village. The house has great views and the courtyard has a great mixture of sunshine and shade.

Superbe maison, grande, propre et très bien fournie en équipements de tout genre. L'espace extérieur est tout aussi agréable : terrasse et jardin fleuris pour profiter du soleil du matin au soir ! L'accès à la mer est à la sortie du jardin, magnifique. Lars et son épouse ont été très chaleureux à notre arrivée. Endroit à recommander malgré parfois la difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude si les panneaux solaires ne sont pas fonctionnels.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Tryfonas war absolut großartig! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die liebevolle Ausstattung und die kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht haben. Tryfonas war ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, und er stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. a great stay in a beautiful village with wonderful people

Christos and Maro were very accommodating and responsive and helpful with any queries I had during my stay. The house is pleasant place with a homely feel, it was clean and the hosts provided me with milk and eggs for my arrival which was very helpful as I arrived at 3am from my flight and wouldn't have had time to shop for breakfast. They also kindly brought around extra binbags when I needed them and some homegrown apricots which were delicious. Thank you.

Logement très agréable et très bien équipé avec en plus 2 vélos à disposition, parasol, serviettes de plages,... Merci à nos hôtes pour les boissons et la nourriture offerts à l'arrivée. Cour et terrasse ombragée avec fauteuils et transats. Proche de la mer mais pas la plus belle plage de l'île !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Maria und Marios sehr genossen! Sie waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Wir hatten Maria einige Fragen zur Umgebung gestellt und direkt Hilfe für Unternehmungen und Restaurants erhalten. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, perfekt zum Entspannen, mit dem Mietwagen war alles gut erreichbar. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle, große Terrasse – ein echtes Highlight! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Deuxième séjour dans le petit appartement fonctionnel, propre et confortable proposé par Georgia. Petit jardin exceptionnel entourant la petite terrasse et visite de chats mignons. Toujours de belles attentions de Georgia qui non seulement parle très bien le français mais nous a offert (en plus des gâteaux eau et vin d’accueil) un melon et des abricots. Nous avons eu en plus l’autorisation de rester 1/2 journée de plus pour nous permettre de garder nos bagages dans le logement jusqu’à notre départ. Merci Georgia pour cet accueil de rêve!

לא הגענו לבסוף לקפריסין, נאלצנו לבטל עקב המצב בישראל. המארחים היו מלאי הבנה, ובאו לקראתנו בצורה מעוררת השראה. בני אדם מעל לכל. המארחת הגיבה במהירות לכל הודעה, תמיד בצורה נעימה, וניסתה למלא את כל בקשותינו. אם אמצא את עצמי בקפריסין, ברור לי שארצה להתארח שם ולא במקום אחר. מומלץ בחום!

Non posso che confermare le eccellenti recensioni di chi mi ha preceduto, l’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto, completo di tutto e in posizione perfetta con comodo parcheggio. Haig è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Consiglio a tutti questi appartamento!

Wir waren eine Woche in dem schönen Apartment. Alex ist immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und super nett! Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Sauber, einfach und sogar viel mehr in der Unterkunft als angegeben, zb Hygiene Artikel. Ich denke aber auch das es einige Gäste da gelassen haben. Es gibt dort super viele, süße und zutrauliche Katzen. Wir haben sie immer gefüttert und es war echt immer schön morgens aufzustehen und die Miezen standen auf der Terrasse und haben uns begrüßt. Alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Nachbarn auch alle super freundlich. Nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß kommt man direkt zum Strand. Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe, was sehr gut war da wir viel mit dem Auto auch unterwegs waren. Das einzige was uns nicht gut getan hat, war die Matratze, die war schon etwas sehr hart. Ich würde eine Unterkunft von Alex sofort wieder buchen, sollten wir mal wieder nach Zypern her kommen. 10/10 danke Alex!

Apartamentul este foarte frumos, totul este nou si foarte placut inauntru. Terasa este de asemenea foarte frumoasa. Camerele sunt spatioase, baile sunt curate si moderne. Zona este linistita, in 20 minute se poate ajunge pe jos la plaja.

I’ve stayed for 2 months there. it’s good location, 1 minute walk to grocery store and 5 minutes to the sea. A lot of good restaurants nearby . House was clean with everything you need inside. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay overall! The apartment is in a great location - just a 5-minute walk to the main landmarks of Larnaca and very close to the beach. It’s spotless, shiny, and has a fresh, spacious balcony that was perfect for relaxing. A helpful touch was the availability of adapters for mainland Europe visitors - I forgot the sockets in Cyprus were different, so that was well thought out. One small suggestion would be to include more detail about the entrance, as the street numbers aren’t very visible. The complimentary water was appreciated, though it would have been nice to have a few more coffee options. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making for a restful stay. Would definitely recommend!

הבית נחמד , ישן יותר מאיך שנראה בתמונות , יש אתר בניה ליד ובמהלך היום יש רעש , מבחינת מיקום הכל במרחק הליכה והבעלים ממש באו לקראתנו בשעות הצ׳ק אין והצ׳ק אאוט , התקשורת היתה מעולה ונהנו מהשהות בדירה

Our stay in Leonid's and Polina's place was great. Apartament had everything we needed and more! It was just like in the description and was pretty clean. We had no trouble in getting there by bus from the airport. Apartament is very close to the beach and restaurants. It was a great time im Larnaka!

Will surely stay here again. Eric is a great host.

Paula’s place is absolutely beautiful - lovely apartment building overlooking a quiet street less than 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the square. The place is in pristine condition, excellent AC and facilities provided were all top notch. As a host Paula was so accommodating, friendly and highly communicative she guided us from the airport using the very easy public transport system and was attentive to all queries. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thanks so much Paula!

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.

First of all, the location is fantastic — just a short walk to the main promenade and the beach. Nearby, you'll find the Church of Saint Lazarus, a local market with fresh products, shops, restaurants, and an affordable parking lot (only 2–3 Euros per day). Despite being so central, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Demetris was an amazing host — very helpful and welcoming. He offered airport transfer and even gave us a short tour of the area. There was no problem with changing bed linen, towels, or even swapping the mattress when I found it a bit too soft for my taste. The only downside was the smell inside the wardrobes, which wasn’t very pleasant. We also used the air conditioning once, and unfortunately, the smell coming from it wasn't great either. Other than that, the apartment was clean, well-equipped with everything you might need, and overall a great place to stay. Highly recommended!
