A nice big house for a birthday party

One of the best places I've visited on my 100 + Airbnb trips. The service is super attentive, Alexa is very friendly, the place is impeccable with a splendid view and access to quiet beach.

Our stay was extremely pleasant for my family and I loved it, the water in the heated pool was very nice, we had the Jacuzzi in front of our room and we could watch our son play, clean towels both for showering and for going to the beach club, the things that the restaurant of that subdivision offers are affordable prices and very good food, it was a great mini vacation to celebrate May 10th of my mom, mother-in-law and sister as well as for me I recommend it 100% a quiet place to enjoy without getting bored, thanks to the hosts Marissa and Mari Carmen always friendly and attentive

Amazing accommodation, of the best airbnb that I have gone to, rdo miy linoio, the house has everything to have a great time, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the darkness is great for sleeping, the pool is very good, very comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, the area and the colony very well, even the nearby beaches are very good, Walmart and Soriana 5 minutes away and an oxxo 24 hours right at the entrance of the colony, everything super well.

My stay was very comfortable, the apartment was very clean, tidy and very spacious! Highly recommended. The host is very attentive and very kind.

Frank was very kind and was always willing to serve us in the best way. The apartment is very good and the access to the private beach is the best.

We rented this apartment so we could be with our daughter and her family for a vacation at the beach. The apartment was a great fit for the 7 of us and it was well equipped to meet our needs. It was a lovely place to be and the pool by the beach provided not only a beautiful place to swim, but the ability to see and hear the ocean. There was beach access also. Beto was extremely attentive and responsive to the needs that came up..an excellent host. We would definitely return.

Personally, I found it to be a very pleasant place and worth recommending for the tranquility and cleanliness of the place, I appreciate the hospitality of Mr. David would hire the place again

Mrs. Ivonne was always extremely polite, and communicated with us before, during and after our stay. He always asked if we were okay or if we needed anything. And during our stay, he always wished us well. The only thing is that although he gave us all the directions, map, photos, etc. to get to the development, since the Beach Club is across the street, it is a bit confusing to know which is the access to the Club, and which is to the apartments, depending on the direction in which you arrive on the road. Other than that, everything is excellent!

It's a very good accommodation, totally recommended, only if you're going to the beach that's nearby, I recommend that you only go from afar, the waves are very rough. I recommend that you look for other beaches, the one near the club, not because the waves are very high and not easy to control, my mom and my grandmother lost their cell phone in it and they weren't even near the sea, but as far as the accommodation is concerned, it was very good, it's a private one so I felt safe at all times and the guards are very friendly

100% recommended, it's very close to the beach, you feel at home, very clean and tidy and Mr. Luis is very attentive and friendly, I would definitely go back there

Second time I stayed at La Isla Residences and again it was a great experience. Alvaro's apartment is on the ground floor, just a few steps from the sea, which makes it very accessible and practical. Unlike other Airbnbs, here the cleaning was daily, which kept the place always spotless. Álvaro was very kind, attentive and communicative throughout the stay. We traveled with our dog without any problems from the host, however, the condominium has no pet friendly policies. Most of the guards were rude and unempathetic, even when no rules were violated. This generated awkward moments. The treatment of staff in general could improve, as few are cordial. Even so, Alvaro and the tower management team's service was excellent. I highly recommend the accommodation, but if you travel with a pet, it is important to know the condominium's restrictions well to avoid a bad time.

It was a highly recommended, family-friendly place, a worthy space to spend a few incredible. Happy family, thank you for always being there.

Angela was incredibly attentive and receptive to the inquiries and requests we made, although the accommodation can improve some cleaning points, this is the least and can be resolved as long as you look for the local person in charge. We would definitely stay at this amazing accommodation again.

I had an excellent experience at Condominios La Palapa. From the beginning, communication with Juan Pablo was very good and I am very grateful that he allowed me to check in many hours before. The place is comfortable, clean and with a spectacular view of the beach. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back!

The truth is that the apartment is very nice and well equipped, the location, access to the beach, the pool and the shops nearby are a plus that the apartment has. I would definitely wash it again.

Excellent apartment, it has everything that is indicated in the publication. Excellent communication with Sofia always. Perfect for a family that wants to enjoy together and not leave the apartment/private a lot, they have everything.

The apartment is very nice and clean, it matches the photos but being there was even better. The location is very accessible, as well as the staff in the condominium. Mr. Francisco very kindly sent us the weather forecast, which apparently was going to be kind of bad that weekend, and offered to change the date. In the end, we took the risk of going and everything was excellent. We will definitely return to the accommodation 😃

It exceeded all expectations; the place, the service, the location, etc. Very spacious, the kitchen with everything you need, the pool and luxury jacuzzi. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I hope to return soon!

The accommodation is exactly as described and observed in the photographs The location is excellent The condo is nice. We travel on weekdays and we had the facilities (pools) practically for us. Communication always flowed, doubts and problems were resolved. We traveled with two cars and the hosts helped us manage another parking space. The only detail was that one of the days the power went out, and therefore the water. It was CFE situation and Jafet stayed in contact to raise the report. We understand that it was a foreign situation to the accommodation, I wish it was only an extraordinary event and it is not common in the area. Overall a very good experience.
