The entrance is on Medrano Street, through an automatic gate and an alley with an old tree that connects to the garden in the heart of the block. The house has warm spaces, a suite with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a Scottish shower. Equipped kitchen, barbecue, wood-burning fireplace, mini-pool and good sound system. Quick access to the Wine Route, the Andes Mountains and the Mendoza River.

It has a barbecue, swimming pool, own garden and garage parking. Maximum two cars, (one inside the garage, the second on the sidewalk in front of the house).
