Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. When we booked the reservation it was under a different owner, Randy & Serena acquired the property and quickly set about making the transition to a new reservation easy and convenient. They even arranged to offer the unit at the same price and made good on the difference in cost. The place was near the beach, had all that we needed. But what I appreciated the most was the quick response from Randy and his willingness to be very helpful. Good people to work with.

My family and friends come at least once a year to Rocky Point and this was one of our favorite trips. This Airbnb was a huge part of it! Lots of space, rooms, and amenities. Only complaint was the wifi was a little slow/inconsistent. But overall it was a 10/10. The primary rooms on the first and second floor were amazing. We hope to be back. Thanks!

The house is gorgeous, clean, and so well-stocked with everything you may need. Very responsive owner. Beautiful decor. Comfy beds. Modern kitchen, great patio, gentle slope to the water. This particular time of the tide cycle, the rocks made it almost impossible to get in the water safely, so when we rent again, we will check out the tide chart first. Little details made our stay so comfortable and home-y. Love Las Conchas. We walked to get delicious burgers and pick up a few things at the mini-mart.

Wonderful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was beautiful. The outdoor space was amazing with lots of room for leisure and the home itself was cozy. The kitchen amenities and A/C were a huge plus and made the stay so much better. We look forward to coming back soon!

This little Casita was just perfect. It has a great kitchen, a living space, a bedroom with a king size bed and a bath and a good shower. The outside patio is perfect. We brought our dog and she had her own little space to walk around on. We're right across the street from the walk to the beach Everything about it was just as nice as it can be
