Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Villa moderna de lujo ubicada en primera linea del Parque Natural de los Acantilados de Acentejo, con increíbles vistas a las playas, valle de la Orotava y el Teide. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

@sleephousetenerife Beautiful Canarian-style house with two rooms recently renovated with a large terrace and a swimming pool with solarium and chilling area. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.
