Our Beach House has been designed for a large FAMILY: up to 14 occupants! and is thus equipped. It is ideal for two FAMILIES as the bedrooms are grouped two on the ground floor with a full bathroom, integrating a suite with a door and another two with a full bathroom on the upper floor. The living room kitchen is integrated in a large environment with two expansion terraces that allow you to choose both sun or shade, breeze or wind protection, where the rolling grill will be located.

The Best House in Las Grutas - Heated Pool

Excellent house in Las Grutas, property located in semi-gated neighborhood,excellent environment and privacy, private heated pool. A few blocks from the beach in a super quiet neighborhood. The house is for 8 people. It's divided into two forms. The main body of the house has two bedrooms (one en suite) and two bathrooms, it has separate two rooms and one more bathroom, this makes it ideal for 2 family groups as it provides added independence. Hot air conditioning in all rooms.

Special atmosphere for couples just steps from the sea

This single room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spacious bathroom, with a divine shower. Terrace with separate grill for barbecues. It has a king size double bed or we can prepare it with two single sommiers. It is located on the first floor by staircase (short stretch with railing). Bright and cool environment, it has air conditioning and also heating. Any questions, we remain at your disposal. Served by the owners. We look forward to seeing you!

Hello! The house is located in a neighborhood 15 km south of Las Grutas, an area where tranquility and connection with nature reigns. The house consists of three bedrooms, two with ocean views, one of which is en suite, and the other has a view of the plateau. The kitchen, living room and dining room are integrated providing the house with a large space that extends through the deck to the beach. The house is powered by energy from the sun. It's a dream place.

It is an apartment designed to accommodate up to 6 people, spacious and comfortable. It is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances. Perfect for a well-deserved break. It is located 3 kilometers from the city center. It also has an internal patio with a grill, sink and shower after the beach, as well as an area for hanging clothes. Linens are provided but NO towel or towel. Include one parking space on the property.

A little house in Las Grutas

Feel at home in our accommodation. A few blocks from the sea, near the bus station and two blocks from the largest supermarket in Las Grutas. You have a small private patio with a grill, separate entrance, beach games, bedding, towels. There are also small welcome gifts for breakfast, mineral water. If you need to work, you also have a space and excellent wifi signal. Welcome! We look forward to seeing you! :-)

Excellent stay. The house is spacious, there were 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children) and we were very comfortable. The place is super quiet, it was as if we were at home, and Cecilia was very helpful and kind. 100% recommended.

The house is very nice, nice nice and homely decor. Very close walking to a quiet and extensive beach. Ideal for walking and relaxing. It's about 15 blocks from downtown and busy beaches. The nearest warehouse is approximately 7 blocks away and is quite complete. Keep in mind that electricity is with solar panels, and does not withstand hair dryers or iron. It wasn't an inconvenience. The sunrise looks amazing from the bedrooms, and the host is always attentive.
