The place is very complete, all the time there were carts that took you to the beach and it's a 2 min walk or 8 min walk. They have very established rules and even though there were a lot of people, we got palapa and beds everywhere. My children enjoyed the amenities that the residential has! The staff is super attentive.

I agree that they should put an air conditioning, improve the screen since it is 32 and it does not have streaming functions or Google but you are on vacation you are not going to watch TV, everything is very clean and in order we had a detail when we turned on the oven since the pill was overloaded but they solved it in less than 10 minutes. in general it is very good place widely recommended with all the comforts of a house and the privacy of the place the floor 2 and 3 can see the pool and that remains if you go as a couple but everything else is very much good. there are many ants should fumigate it is super comfortable I will return at another time first God

The fractionation is beautiful and quiet, however the house is a little neglected, both in furniture and utensils. The blinds are full of mold, in the bathrooms there were cobwebs, the canceleria was dirty, one of the showers has no water pressure, in addition to having a pest of ants, especially in the kitchen. We were 6 people and the beds are 3 double, so without problems, however it is not recommended if more people go, since despite having inflatable mattresses and the sofa bed, with the pest of ants it would not be very comfortable. Also, there was a water leak in the kitchen sink, which we were already told they had already let them know before and they did not fix it. They should update the photos of the installations.

The cleaning staff is very friendly and discreet, we were in a family plan and we were very happy and comfortable. The house is very well equipped with appliances and towels in the bathrooms and pool. We will definitely consider this stay again in the future.

The place is nice Actually, we liked everything from the apartment to the common areas of the condominium. The only point to note is that in the secondary bedroom there is no air conditioning, otherwise everything is excellent. Carlos is a very good host.
