Holiday rentals with beach access in Las Pocitas

It takes me an excellent experience with my family. We enjoyed an excellent vacation thanks to Stephanie and Edgar. The place is super amazing and very good waterfront location. There is access to everything, the apartment is 10/10 and the best part is that the beach practically had it for us. It's an experience that is definitely worth repeating again. Thank you very much Stephanie and Edgar, we have some nice memories with my family.

Totally satisfied with the apartment, my family was very comfortable and with the kitchen equipped, we were encouraged to prepare meals as well as enjoy the pool and the view to the beach very nice. Recommended💯.

house- all you need for cooking, fans, cozy Bed(s), nice bathroom, clean, top view sourounding- quiet, on a small mountain to walk to the beach like 6-7 minutes, back to the house longer because you have to walk up. but nice workout or you go by Mototaxi. mateo and Adriana (house owner) are so nices persons, they response fast, are very helpful and are curious about if everything is fine. my girlfriend was sick and they helped us immediately in this situation. recommended 10/10

Canoas Loft was very easy to access, the environment was clean and tidy. The pool is cute and has direct access to the beach. We were a group of 7 friends and had a great time! We definitely recommend it:)

Last year I had already come to another apartment in this same condominium that was on the first floor and I definitely prefer this apartment of Rodrigo's, the view is very beautiful. Having breakfast, lunch and watching the sunset from the balcony is very beautiful, there is a minimarket nearby, in general I would come again.

Beautiful place. It is very modern and the facilities are very nice, with beach theme. The kitchen has tooodo the essentials for cooking for at least a week. The spacious refri, the kitchen also has a desk and mini room as well as a small dining space on the deck. The rooms are spacious, quite illuminated, ventilated and because of their bed structure, prevent dust and sand from getting all over the space. What I loved most was the hospitality and how prepared the place is to welcome children. Karla was very helpful and kind to my 2 year old girl, she has a very nice and comfortable crib. I give you a hooded towel ideal for children. I give you a whole bucket of toys for the house and for the beach, also many books. My baby was amazing❤️❤️ I would definitely come back, love the place is around ima on the beach and the entire complex is full of showers and spaces for outdoor lounging, doing yoga.❤️

I went with my wife for two months and we loved everything. The hosts were very kind, always friendly and close to any need. The Wi-Fi was very good. There was always hot water. The air conditioning is very helpful due to the heat in Punta Sal. There is private parking, it would be excellent if there was a roof for the intense sun. For long stays, we needed cabinets and some kitchen utensils. On the other hand, we loved the finishes and the modernity of the place. The beach is a few steps across the street, there are also restaurants 5 min by car. Excellent place, they care about you having a good experience and they make you feel at home👍. Thank you Karen for having us! We spent a few days very comfortable and the house was comfortable to spend with friends. We really liked the condominium and the extra help we gave us when we needed it was important.

Everything is very nice. Just like the photos. The beach was super quiet, the condominium allowed you to rest and relax, there were few houses

We had an unforgettable family time, everything flows with tranquility and in a very nice house and we felt right at home.

It’s a new condominium area, with security on the main entrances. The nearest shop is Organos so make sure you’re prepared taking all the basics if you’re there for a while like water, salt, oils etc. The kitchen is very well equipped and it’s a great if you want the space if you are a few couples etc. The photos were accurate and the housekeeper Isabel does an excellent job keeping it tidy while she’s there during the day. She cooked us breakfast and lunch for extra cost which was well worth it. She’s great with local dishes like ceviche, sudado, arroz con mariscos, lomo cebollado etc and we felt she was pleasant and honest. Tips: Ignore google maps and take the Panamericana option shown on Emilis map. Make sure you look at that map on the day so it’s faster for you to find. The walk to the beach easy and no biggie, a mere 5 mins. Pass through the hotel on about 20m up to the left when you hit the main road that runs along the beach.

Casa Ángeles was an incredible experience. The house is in front of the beach, in a quiet, beautiful and perfect place to disconnect. Rosita kept everything impeccable during our stay, in addition to cooking delicious. Their kindness and attention made all the difference. The place is beautiful and undoubtedly the best to enjoy as a family. Highly recommended!

This is the second time staying in this house and again the experience was a 10/10. The attention of Nohemí who helps in the house is second to none and spectacular cuisine. I would come back a thousand times over!

The house is beautiful, spacious and large; which allows you to have peace of mind and also super functional spaces for any activity you want to do during your stay. Access to the beach is short and direct, but the house is so comfortable that you want to stay. Anilu is very kind and easily guided us to get there. Pauli and Alejandro, who take care of the house, are super friendly and helpful. Pauli cooks delicious food. We already want another excuse to come back.

We had a great time, the house has nice architecture, well decorated and cozy. The house in the first row of the beach el Ñuro. The Nord condominium sea is very pleasant, it is almost like a virgin beach minutes from Punta Veleros, Organos and Mancora. Carol's attention is first class (who cleans the house) she is very attentive, with a good disposition, the same as Jairo. On the other hand, the host Carlos is very quick with his answers and helps you with inquiries and information about the area. We totally recommend this property. We'll be back!

The place is just like the photos, spacious, excellent view and the architecture of the house is great. Sergio took very good care of us from the beginning and gave us all the tips for a good stay. 100% recommended

The stay at Eva's accommodation was excellent. The place is clean, quiet and has large beds, in addition, she was always aware of what we needed. I would definitely come again.

Valeria's accommodation is fantastic. The location is perfect. The views from the apartment are incredible, there are two people always willing to help you with everything you need. We had an amazing weekend as a family, we will definitely be back.

The place is very nice and we found everything clean and tidy. The bathroom and impeccable kitchen provided us with the utensils mentioned and seen in the photos. Mirtha is very friendly and was always attentive to us and if we needed something, she also understood very well when we had a change in the check-in time and was able to give us the key and show us the place a little late. It's just worth mentioning that the bungalow is the one on the second floor according to the photos you see. Very grateful for everything, and we hope to return.

The Host was very friendly and communicative, they left us some recommendations to make our trip and stay the best possible, everything the same as the description and the photos, I would definitely come back, recommended.

Very recommended, the house is very nice, in a private condominium for 24 hour security, privacy and everything is very good. I would love to return again.
