Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. Modern and cosy flat on the 6th floor with a sunny terrace and a stunning view. It's located 20 min on foot from the Old Town, 15 min from the Central Market .You have all the facilities nearby including gym, grocery store & french boulangerie "Cadets de Gascogne" in 2min walk.
