Holiday rentals with a sauna in Laureles - Estadio, Medellin

El departamento fue todo lo que esperábamos, muy cómodo y con lo necesario. Lo recomendaría 100% ya no tuvimos tiempo de ir a la alberca pero se veía bonita. El personal de recepción siempre muy amables y atentos con nosotros. David el host nos atendió y respondía rápidamente. Resolvió cualquier detallito que salió, nos dio recomendaciones y estuvo muy al pendiente!! Muchas gracias por todo!

# El Poblado Apartment Review Stunning apartment with amazing views, exactly as advertised. Perfect workspace for digital nomads with a nice-sized table. Quiet yet walkable neighborhood with stores, pharmacy and mall just across the street. Daniel provided excellent, responsive communication throughout my stay. Only minor drawback was the lack of a TV in living room (bedroom only), but who stays inside with all Medellín has to offer? Highly recommended! Daniel and his team are great!!!!

Manuela’s place was perfect for our stay—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and the apartment had everything we needed. Lo malo de este lugar son dos cosas: 1-tener que irse. 2-es tan lindo que no quisieras tener que salir a conocer Medellín. Me sentí mejor que en mi casa. Mis 2 amigos y yo la pasamos genial en un lugar precioso, ágil, cómodo, privado hasta entre nosotros mismos, cada uno en su dormitorio. I'm going to write this review as detailed as possible. Andreas was A+ professional. He sent me a taxi to the airport. He checked on me each day. The place looked exactly like the photos but better. The steam room is perfect. I used it every morning. There is also a hot tube. The showers are perfect. wifi was perfect. He has an assistant or partner by the name of Camila. She was also very helpful. She checked on me each day. Made sure I had a taxi to the airport. Very professional. The biggest issue I had was the loud guy on the 3rd floor. This is out of their hands. Instead of making excuses Andreas called the guy and made them stop. The point I am making is they made a great effort for me. I have lived in 20 countries. I have delt with all people. They are very professional. The apartment is perfect. I could not has asked for a better situation. I recommend this place to any visitor. 5 star all the way

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The property management always communicates with me to see if I need something to accommodate myself better. I found a fan that did no work and I each out them and the same day they took care of that.! I love that they provide enough towels, bed changes, pillows, and toilet paper.! I loved the place's incredible location and view.! I am planning a next trip and rent the same place.! Thank you.!

Everything was great and easy and comfortable. My only comment would be to maybe have paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything to dry anything and I didn't want to use the regular towels. Just a recommendation from me, but a very small point. Overall the place was perfect

El apartamento siempre impecable y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Por lo general viajo con mis hijos así que este apartamento es uno de mis favoritos porque estamos cómodos, el lugar es muy cerca de lo que necesitamos, es seguro, el personal del edificio es muy amable y la anfitriona se comunica muy bien. It was great to be welcomed on Hector's apartment. I had the whole apartment available for myself in a pretty nice area of the metropolitan area, with such wonderful views of the city and a beautiful place. I’m local from Medellin but after this I’m even thinking on buying an apartment for myself in this place, just great. I really thank to Hector and I hope to be back soon.

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

This is the perfect house, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the place is clean. The pool and Jacuzzi as well. The steam bath are perfect, the pool is always hot. It’s very rare to have a heated pool and it gets cold in Medellín. I highly recommend this place.

This place was everything that was described. Loved the layout. The music room and garden were definitely and added touch and bonus. Latin is a very cool host. He gave really good tips about the area and all the hot spots. Definitely will book again.

The pictures don't make justice to the actual lofts. Each room has the caring and homie touch to make the guests feel welcome. Spoiler: I didn't mind the early noisy street, as where I live in the US it is similar. David and Vanessa were extremely helpful to help us with every question. The supermarket is very close by, as well restaurants or dining areas. The park is also very close, safe, beautiful and perfect for families and pets.

We went to the house for my best friends birthday week and we had an absolute blast in the house!! It was spacious beautiful and the host was to accommodating!! Anything we needed he got and he as well took Initiave in extra things! He not only gave us great service he also became our friend in the end we will definitely be returning!! Thank you!!!
