The house is spacious and comfortable, located on a street monitored by security at night. Plenty of green area, fruit trees, outdoor fireplace, a pool of above-average size, game room and complete gourmet area, with TV, barbecue and wood-burning oven. The interior has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, 5 of which are en-suite. In the living room, we have a 65-inch TV. The space is great for gathering the family and enjoying a summer vacation near the beach and great bars and restaurants.
