Holiday rentals with lake access in Lausanne District

Private location right on the lake with beautiful views - great. Very small bathroom. Lawn was quite overgrown. But there was everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Violaine's house is very nice for a family with children. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace for breakfasts and lunches as well as the garden.

We immediately felt at home. The house and the huge property exceed the description and the photos. Everything is there, everything works. The place is idyllic and quiet with beautiful views and a pleasant outdoor area, table and chairs in the shade of a tree, perfect for hot days. The home is ideal for people like us traveling with a big dog, because the property is completely fenced and offers outdoor space and shaded resting places. In a few minutes, you will be at the lake, where there are long beach walks. If you like, you can walk to the center of Lausanne. Our hosts were immediately available for any question, helpful and cordial. We would have liked to have stayed for longer and will definitely be back!

The house is truly beautiful and perfect in every way. Impeccably decorated with the most exquisite taste, Anne Sandra’s home is a jewel. Great open spaces, a large garden surrounded with the most sumptuous views on the Alps and the Leman Lake on one side and vineyards on the other. Thank you for a most wonderful stay with the family ! We look forward to visiting again very soon.

Christine's place was very beautiful Christine was also very kind. The items that were provided looked a little old, but they worked well enough. The accommodation is much more charming and beautiful than the photos. The view of the accommodation is also so nice.

Convenient location right next to the train station, spotless clean, well furnished, spacious, quiet. This was a great “base camp” to explore Lutry and the surrounding areas. Pierre was super kind and helpful as host.

Very graceful host, I arrived late and famished with everything closed at 7pm there because it’s a student town, so it was blissful to find coffee capsules waiting and the kitchen with enough supplies to make a decent quick pasta.

My family and I love Stephane's place. The place is so spacious especially when the ceiling is very high. Also, the place is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The beds and sofa are very comfortable and we will recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit Lousanne.

Nice top floor apartment on the hillside with great view on the lake and the mountains. One cat is included in the price. Maybe two next time :) The owner was super friendly and helped us whenever we needed something. Lutry has a fantastic public beach around 20 minutes walk from the apartment (or 25 minutes uphill). There's plenty of space, a good buffet, lot of shadow. Even kayak and SUP rental is available. I checked out the nearby towns, and Lutry had by far the best beach. The only thing that I didn't like was the traffic noise from the street during the day. The nights were fortunately calm. We likely visited the place on the hottest week of the year. The upper floor got really hot, but the lower floor was okay. Perhaps some stronger fans could have helped. Anyway, the temperature should be okay for the vast majority of the year.

I cannot imagine a better way to have experienced Lausanne than in Arndt's place. The city is lively, diverse and beautiful, but the house is a mere 10 minutes by bus away from it all in a quiet, private and beautiful street, with the most incredible view of the lake. The house itself is perfect by all measures. It has everything you could possibly need, it is spacious and very comfortable. There are supermarkets and bakeries close by, alongside restaurants in case you ever want to stay around the neighborhood and not dive into the city center, all accessible by foot or bus. Arndt has always been available when needed, and his hospitality is unmatched. Every local was amazed when hearing about where we were staying, noting it really is a star location to be in. I will always consider it my first choice when returning to Lausanne in the future.

Very nice place and wonderful house

We have already stayed with Paloma in the chalet twice and we liked it very much and felt comfortable! We can recommend the chalet and the location is great! Unfortunately, we had to take a mattress with us again this year because our children are too small to sleep alone on the upper floor as it is only accessible via an external staircase! A warm beach cottage with a beautiful private garden. The cottage is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you might need for holidays with children. On foot you are in max. 10 minutes on the beautiful beach of Gletterens.

The Bijou is something very special at the Mortensee. The location is superb, the lake is beautiful and the Bijou comes with its own jetty Just perfect

We were able to enjoy 5 days in this great accommodation. The accommodation is clean and you feel at home. The garden was a little paradise. The host is very friendly and responds very quickly. In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful Lake Murten.
