Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Lava Hot Springs

My stay at the Lavender Hideaway was everything I needed during my month-long work trip. The house was extremely clean, aesthetic, and welcoming. I was impressed with how well-stocked and organized the kitchen was. It had everything that I needed and more. I also thoroughly enjoyed the gym and used it frequently to decompress after a long day. Myrna was a very friendly, responsive, attentive, and respectful host. She quickly resolved anything that came up, and I felt comfortable reaching out to her at any time. I also greatly appreciated that she was flexible with my check-out time. For anyone looking for a short or long trip alike in Pocatello, the Lavender Hideaway is the place to stay!

We had a great mini vacation in Lava Hot Springs! We loved all the games, the golfing and especially the relaxing hot tub. We will be back!

I have been to Lava Hot Springs every year for the past 15 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. There were a total of 15 of us and there was more than enough space. In the span of one weekend we floated the river, enjoyed the water slides at the pool, went to multiple hot springs and enjoyed the live music at the wagon wheel. There was so much going on in lava and the Lauranna's air bnb was walking distance to all of it. We spent the majority of the time out on the back porch and in the back yard. My cousins and I played ping pong for hours. The king size beds were particularly comfy. There's AC units across the home for added comfort. We are already talking about planning the trip again for next year and staying in the same air bnb. Thank you for the easy check in / check out. We had a great time!

This was our 2nd year staying in your home for our family reunion! Everyone loves the home and the outdoor pickleball court and putting green. The kids kept saying we love this place! This place is truly a great find! We had a family gathering and Andrew’s property made it so easy to be together. The kitchen and living room area on the main floor was terrific. Andrew was so kind to us and so easy to work with before we arrived, and so helpful with any questions we had while we were there. We want to plan our next family get together at Andrew’s property! This was our second stay at Blue Pheasant in just a couple months and we couldn’t have loved it more. Jen was the best host and the home was just as comfortable. Drinking coffee outside and watching the wildlife in the morning, and playing cornhole in the evenings just added to this homey feeling. We feel this is OUR Lava place!

The house was super clean and had everything we needed. At this time of year we had to use the Air Conditioner during the day and the furnace at night, and both systems worked great to keep the house at a comfortable temperature. We enjoyed our mini vacation and we would stay here again! Thanks!

We absolutely loved our stay in this adorable, cozy, peaceful hideaway! The bedding and decorative details of the little cabin were so thoughtfully put together and complimented the surrounding trees and flowers that can be seen and enjoyed while sitting or lying on the comfy, pillowy bed. The cabin was secluded and private and felt very immersive, as if you were part of the natural beauty that surrounds. Overall, it felt like a lovely tranquil escape from the normal hustle-and-bustle of life--and the hand-delivered picnic-style breakfast definitely put it over the top! We would recommend this rental to anyone, especially those wanting to unplug, unwind, or reconnect as it offers the perfect setting to do so.

I took my wife and our daughter there for a quick mothers day surprise camping trip and can I say how AMAZED I was by the incredible location and beautiful scenic views! Super close to Lava Hot Springs- less than a 10 minute drive. The cabin itself was so cute and so relaxing and just gorgeous views and solitude it was exactly what we needed! Simple layout but so fun for my daughter to explore. Hosts were so sweet and communicative and just so friendly. I honestly cannot wait to rebook with them! This is my new favorite spot. Only thing I think would have made our stay that much better would be an additional motion sensor or even a little porch light by the entrance. They had one by the bathroom and they did also provide access to a flash light and a lantern also, so not really a big deal honestly just would have been easier.

Super quaint little cabin. Felt cozy the second we walked in. Perfect size, unique and cool place plus you get a great backyard. It was perfect walking distance from hot springs and all the great restaurants around. I told my partner we’d be back in a couple months, that’s how much we loved it. Would give it 6/5 stars if I could.

We used this property to hold youth camp. 15 girls, 7 female leaders, and 3 male leaders. The men used 1 cabin. The women used tents. PLENTY of room and different areas to set up tents. Never saw any of the neighbors so we felt private. Roads were well maintained. Directions were perfectly written. We were able to charge phones and Apple Watches. As well as use the lights hanging in the trees around the fire pit. Awesome ambiance!!! Fire pit had room for our whole group. Plenty of parking as well. We pullled a 14 ft trailer up and had plenty of room to navigate and park. We had two portapotties delivered to handle a group our size so we never used the provided toilet. The bathroom/toilet was less than ideal. We messaged back and forth with host MULTIPLE times and she was very accommodating and prompt!

It was a boys getaway weekend. We had a wonderful time. It was simple and elegant all in one. T sitting area outside was fantastic. I had planned to take the grandson to the Olympic pool, but they were not open yet. So we did a couple restaurants in Lava hot springs, did some local hiking. Will stay again.

The house is absolutely stunning, very clean and the amenities provided were above and beyond. The grand babies were very excited when they found a closet full of toys and the adults enjoyed the cupboard full of games. The location is a quick drive into town for daytime pool and river fun. I wish we would have brought fishing poles to utilize the river at the back of the property. The only downside to this place (also a little blessing in disguise) was the internet was a little slow, but we all enjoyed disconnecting from social media for the weekend.
