The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped and the living room is spacious and bright. You'll also find a wood stove, excellent WIFI connection, and a TV. The patio is private and fully fenced. The street entrance is shared for a few meters with another house, so it is safe, quiet and private.

Onda Mar is located within the gated community Casas de Playa de La Pedrera, a very quiet place facing the sea and very close to downtown. It has security, a tennis court and direct and private access to El Barco beach. It is raised 4 m above ground level, which allows for an excellent view of the neighborhood and the sea, but it is not recommended for small children. In this little house you can find tranquility and rest. It is a 10-minute walk from downtown and two blocks from the beach (with new lifeguard service!!) It is surrounded by vegetation. This winter several improvements have been made to the houses, including painting, purchase of utensils and appliances, new shelves, new fence, among other things.
