The detached house is in a fantastic location directly on Lake Geneva. Behind it stretch the wine terraces of Lavaux, the largest contiguous wine-growing region in Switzerland. Between the house and the lake is a spacious garden with a partially covered seating area. From the garden, you can reach the lake directly via the boathouse and from there, via the in-house jetty, into the clear lake water.

The beautiful river passes by next to the living room balcony, 10 minutes walk to the lake and 10 min bus ride to the center of Lausanne. Parking place available in front of the building. Available for a short period of time this summer as I am traveling myself.
