Loved this apartment, will definitely try to see again.

The original plans were, My mother and I were going to drive to Kentucky from New Jersey . Which is a 9 hour drive. Last minute my mom was hospitalized so I asked my 1st cousin to drive with me. ( I am a horrible driver and can’t see at night). He surly was my blessing or I would have never made it to my son’s senior year graduation. Matt is WONDERFUL! I couldn’t ask for a better host! He’s always there if you have any questions. The apartment was immaculate. It had everything you needed to cook with a Long with a washer and dryer iron and board laundry detergent. Everything a pizza hotel any day and I will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend it thank you Matt.

The apartment was absolutely pristine and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

The place is wonderful! It has a boutique hotel feel thanks to some lovely small touches and the cute design but with the comfort of things like getting to have coffee in your pjs and a washer/dryer. Also it was bigger than I expected based on the photos. Check in was easy and the location is nice too! I was able to explore Ashland and Huntington but there were also cute shops and a restaurant right underneath the apartment. I’d happily stay here again so if you’re thinking of booking it— do it!

James was very helpful with scheduling and keys. The place was excellent. A well-provided kitchen even had a coffee maker and its cups. New cutlery, dishes, and glasses showed excellence. Every kind of soap one could want stocked the shower. Cable TV, air conditioning, and baseboard heat worked. Bed linens felt smooth. Had two basic pillows (and that’s all, thank goodness) and two blankets. An illuminated table offered a convenient eating perch. Plenty of art and positive sayings adorned the walls. The neighborhood was quiet but not elegant. With an hour’s hike one arrives at four parks. On the other hand, Huntington Museum of Art with its excellent nature trails requires a car for safety. Problem: a traveler to #3 with a rolling bag, especially large, would not get past tight cars and rough “pavement.”

We enjoyed staying at David and Leigh’s place in Ashland. It was perfect location for us to walk to the Paramont Theatre for a concert. The space was bigger than expected and had everything needed for comfortable stay. Especially loved all the cute decor and the fireplace in living room. Good communication before we got there made check in easy. Would definitely recommend!!!

Kellye was an exceptional host, who was quick to respond, understanding, and very friendly. The location itself is beautiful, set back on a hill right off a main road. It is a quiet, quaint little home with everything you’d need for a stay. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at her location, and I will be staying here for any return trips.

This is our family’s second stay at Lauryn’s place, and we’ll be back again! The home and decor are beautiful and comfortable, with the kitchen/living room combination downstairs being a great place to eat and relax.
