Cozy 1st floor Studio fully refurbished in May 2023 situated on the slopes of the Saint Gervais with direct ski access. It has furnished balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun (SE orientation) with a view on Mont Blanc. Full kitchen with induction, oven, micro wave, toaster, boiler, coffee maker, Nespresso, fondue and raclette gear, and a washing machine ! TV and Internet (LAN /Wifi) available. Outside pool and tennis courts accessible in summer. Ski locker and cellar to store bikes and luggage.

Small studio facing the Mont Blanc massif,

The studio is a small building, one room 12 metres square, and a separate shower, 120cm square, and WC with basin. The price is low because its small, but there is everything you need. Its comfortable, warm and well insulated. There is a large balcony with table and chairs. There is limited wifi access on the balcony, but no signal inside. It is only available Sat to Sat during the school holidays. For stays of 5 nights or more linen and towels are provided, otherwise it can be hired.
