If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

Bright and airy, this quiet apartment is suitable for both business and leisure stays. Located in the heart of the Angers, Nantes, Cholet triangle, it is close to the companies Lacroix (Beaupréau) and Thalès (Cholet) on the banks of the Loire (20 minutes) or even Puy du Fou (40 minutes) and 2 km from Cinéville. Refurbished in 2024, the apartment is fully equipped for 1 to 4 people, also available for very short stays (1 night).

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. Idéalement située à 5 km d'Ancenis, l'appartement offre une vue sur la Loire à couper le souffle. Le logement est traversant avec deux magnifiques terrasses. Une côté Loire et une côté jardin.
