The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Il est proche de la gare Part-Dieu, de Perrache, de la place Bellecour et très bien desservi (tramway, métro et bus à 7-10 min). Tout confort : chambre climatisée, Wifi (fibre optique), lave linge, TV (Netflix et Chromecast), frigo, four, micro-onde, cuisson induction 3 feux, machine nespresso, bouilloire, sèche-cheveux, table et fer à repasser, coffre fort. I offer a fully equipped studio (22 m2) on the Presqu'île de Lyon. You'll appreciate it for its location in the city center, close to restaurants, and nightlife. It is a two-minute walk to Perrache SNCF train station, metro and tram. My place is good for solo travelers. I would like to point out to people with reduced mobility that the building's elevator is on the ground floor after 4 steps.
