It is located on the Loire bike path on the Loire quay, on the 2nd floor, overlooking a quiet and unoverlooked inner courtyard, facing the Château de Saumur. Its authenticity, brightness and southwest exposure will charm you. Great for a business stay or relaxation in Saumur.

Country apartment in the Baugeois style. Access to the apartments is on a completely separate floor from the house, access is via an external staircase. The accommodation includes a bedroom, a living room, a fridge, microwave and a bathroom. Note that there is NO hot plate. Whether as a couple or with family (2 adults, 2 children) you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from May to mid-October, as well as the jacuzzi (optional). We are 30 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards...)

The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur).
