Go swimming, fishing (licence can be purchased in the local shop), boating in the lake (paddle boat provided). Bring your dogs and go forging in the woods. If it's raining, toast marshmallows in the fireplace (there is central heating too!) . Or just sit back, play cards together and enjoy the view of the lake from your armchair.

Inside, there is a spacious bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchenette and a charming veranda with a beautiful view of the sea in winter. A parking space in the building is available in even months.

There are shops and restaurants nearby. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes. The train station and Monte Cassino Street are 10 minutes from the apartment.

The area is perfect for walking, running, cycling, swimming and ice swimming! Great place for a weekend getaway or a family vacation. In the area, it is easy to encounter kicking hares :)
