Holiday rentals with beach access in Lee County

This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier. Walkable distance to town square and just minutes from the beach. The pool was great to hang out in and had plenty of chairs to lay out in the sun. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach.

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

This little beach house was super cute and clean! We had no issues at all and we had a great stay. We’d definitely come back!

An exceptional experience! This beach house exceeded our expectations. Its location is ideal. The space is spacious, bright, and decorated with a cozy style that made us feel at home. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the patio is perfect for relaxing at sunset. Host was super nice, and he accommodated an early check in for our group! He responded fast and with clear messages. The house itself was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures! Will definitely stay here again!

Our vacation was as wonderful as we had hoped. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, safe, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool were exactly as described, and the grill was clean and propane tank was full. The open living area floor plan is marvelous for family time. The kitchen, dining area and lounging spaces together kept us in touch as a family. The kitchen is magnificent! The large TV was super for post season football playoffs. Overall, five stars in all categories.

We just stayed at the house for 2 weeks. The house is just as described. The pool was amazing. The house was very clean and well stocked. My only recommendation would be to have something in the bedrooms to keep your clothes in. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

The home was beautiful, very clean and had a lot of extras like kayaks, pool toys, fishing rods, beach chairs and more! One of the kayak paddles was broken and Jada sent a new one over right away. It was a great vacation!

Great location on the waterways and close enough to local shops and restaurants. The pool area is lovely with comfortable seating and shaded area. Fishing from the dock is a bonus as well as the two cycles. The beaches at Fort Myers are only a short drive away as is Matlacha, another great place to visit. There is a great shopping area at Edison Mall plus Miromar Outlets just a 30 minute drive with fantastic bargains and eateries. We love this area and this villa is a great place to explore it from, you will not be disappointed. Thank you both.

The home is a perfect vacation home when you want to get away and relax. Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of activities/games in the home and the kitchen was well stocked; from panini press, airfryer, grill. I love to cook so it was nice having more than the essentials. My son caught his 1st fish! The home had everything to catch and eat it, lol! The heated pool is awesome, the views are relaxing, home is spacious. We explored downtown Fort Myers, which was a close drive from the home. There were some unique stores and nice areas to stroll and discover. If you're into seafood stop by Izzy's..the food was delicious and the kids loved thier burgers. the key lime bar dessert was one of the best I've tried. Being able to explore and come back to a warm pool was phenomenal. Remember to bring your bug spray if you plan to sit out by the canal in the evenings for the view, fire pit, or fishing. The Host really thought of every small detail! The art work in the home is impressive. LOVED IT ALL

Our recent 6 day stay on this gorgeous property was everything we hoped for, especially since it was our first experience with an Airbnb property. The house was even nicer in person, very spacious and well appointed. The property is in walking distance to many local shops, grocery, pharmacy and restaurants, but still in a very quiet neigbourhood. The host Edward and Victoria responded quickly to a few of our requests which made our stay feel even more like we were at home. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay at this property next time we are in the Fort Myers area.

absolutely gorgeous condo with walkout to the beach. it was spacious and clean and he was accommodating in allowing us to get in a little earlier than normal check in. high recommend this place I will defiantly be booking here again!

We had an amazing stay at this condo for our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to relax together and just enjoy the beach! The condo was extremely nice and it was great to have an umbrella and chairs available to use! Elizabeth was very helpful and had so much information for us and recommendations which was so helpful as first time visitors! The area was beautiful and the pool was also very nice! We cannot wait to come back to Sanibel/Captiva!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

Lover’s Key is a lovely low key and private place to stay! This is our 4th anniversary here in Ft Meyers. Our time here never disappoints. John’s place has what you need but we always bring extra TP, dishwasher cubes and laundry cubes. Just makes it easier… Flipper’s restaurant is right outside the door. Good food and good drinks! Key Lime Colada was delish! Lastly, please remember that Ft Meyers is still in a rebuilding phase, it’s taken a couple of years to get the bridge re built. There are plenty of things to do downtown and surrounding areas. We look forward to next year!

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!
