North of Albany you are only 12 miles from Albany Civic Center, the home is located within the city limits of Leesburg. Plains, the home town of President Jimmy Carter, is only 26 miles away. The house was built in 1896 but has all the amenities of a modern house. My house is conveniently located close to all Lee County schools, courthouse and recreation venues. The Kinchafoonee Creek is located within a mile for those kayak enthusiasts. Early check in available but may require additional fee.
