The pictures were not enough for this place . The inside so spacious and beautiful. The house was soo clean , spotless ! The owner communicated fast and was so friendly. I felt right at home.

My wife and I along with another couple stayed at Mimi’s Place for the New Year’s Holiday. From the beginning, the host, Leslie, was extremely helpful and responsive, answering our questions and giving information. Leslie sent us the door code the morning of our stay and self-check-in was a breeze. We got there, the home was better than advertised; such a warm, homey feel and beautifully decorated. She left us a handwritten note, the home’s Welcome Guide, crisp apples and even made sure the ice and water in the Brita were fresh. All the amenities were as described, some even better. Leslie contacted us after her last guest had reported an issue with the home’s water pressure to let us know that she was having it addressed as quickly as possible. Once we got there, we had absolutely no issues. I give Leslie Mart and Mimi’s Place an all-around 5-STAR PLUS. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Great home, Great host, Great value. I will certainly stay here again.

I have zero complaints about this home! Everything was fantastic. Definitely check out Simply Sweet By Margarete in the neighborhood for sweets, pastries, and delicious lunch foods. Relics Antiques is just up the road and a treasure trove of goodies. We had dinner at Jobos and that was delicious. I love the location of this home - set back in a neighborhood but not even a mile from the downtown Tupelo strip. There's a community garden across the street that is tended by the host and his family. My Dad loved all of the Elvis touches in the house and chatting with Mitch about the Elvis related history in the house and the whole neighborhood. I'd absolutely stay here again!

Great place. In an area that’s being revitalized and had a lot of old factory buildings close by but neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and it was very convenient to downtown and all the great places like the Fair Park. Tupelo is a wonderful city, the house was clean, beautifully decorated inside with comfortable furnishings, and convenient to everything. We will be back! Thanks Jay!

The Rustic Cabin was very cozy, clean, and inviting, like grandma's house. Tanya was quick to respond and friendly. We enjoyed our stay & will rebook next year.

Very nice space the felt like home. Patrick was very responsive and made an effort to go above and beyond on multiple occasions to help accommodate during my stay.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was so cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Stephanie did a great job of communicating. We used to live in Tupelo and happened to know the tenants living in the basement below! Loved the decor and the space we had. Recommend it!

The house was really great and wide to stay. The neighbor is very nice and quiet too and friendly people around but really nice to rent also for vacations and I will rent this house if I ever head to Saltillo MS again.

John and Janeths place was awesome. I mean you couldn’t have found a better place than theirs. The stores were easy to find from there place and restaurants were walking distance. I enjoyed myself and I will most definitely rent their place again. Thank you once again John and Janeths.

Patrick’s place is perfect for 2 couples. Location is secure and convenient to attractions in Tupelo, plus only about 50 minutes from Oxford.

I stayed at John’s place while I worked night shift at North Mississippi Medical Center. I slept during the day, and typically, I like it completely dark, but the bedside table lights just made it seem so comforting so I kept them on. The size of the place was perfect for what I needed. John was there if I needed him, but the place provided everything. You can’t beat the price! I hope to stay here again when I come back to work if it’s available.
