Peaceful apartments with good volume well equipped

A big thank you to Etienne and Valérie for their hospitality. The house is just perfect for a stay in Saint Malo. Very well equipped, it feels like home! Ideal location, quiet but not far from the main activities of the city. Flexible check-in to adapt to our baby and finally, very good responsiveness from the hosts who were able to answer our questions. We will be back!

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Great place to stay to visit north and west Brittany. Within 30 mins of the coast, the Rance river, St Malo, Dinan and Mont Saint Michel. The local village also has a bakery and small supermarket. The accommodation had everything we needed for self catering and the pool was very nice to use on the warmer days. We enjoyed visiting the animals (hens, donkey and sheep) in the evenings too with our little one. Typhaine was a very helpful host with great local recommendations.

The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Warm and welcoming contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and attractions are about 30-60 minutes' drive away.

Very nice stay in Brittany in this peaceful retreat. The cleanliness is impeccable, the cottage is well-equipped, quiet . The owners who live right next door are very friendly, responsive and very discreet . We were able to enjoy the pool with the little ones and all the toys available, the children were delighted! Finally, the welcome and departure with Isabelle went very well: she was very responsive to all the messages for our arrival and full of good tips for visits. We recommend a stop at this cottage!

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. If someone guides you then that is fine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Delphine, your place rocks! 😎🇫🇷🙏🏻☀️ xxx

Excellent rental, highly recommend

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are pretty coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful trip. The home was exactly as described and the neighborhood made for a beautiful walk. The kids were excited to find so many books to read! Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us.

Céline and Stéphane's house is a very relaxing place to spend a holiday. The house and garden are well-kept, and bigger than the photos suggest, with plenty of options for eating both inside and outside, whatever the weather. The front garden gets the sun first thing in the morning, so it's a great place to sit with a coffee (and a pastry from the bakery only 10 minutes walk away). The garden at the rear is perfect for barbecuing and relaxing in the evening. The covered parking and private driveway were really useful for unpacking and repacking the cars without worrying about security – there's space for two cars on the property, with ample space for more parking outside – and it added to the whole package feeling very safe and comfortable. Bobital village is quiet with great views across the fields, as well as having a useful boulangerie/epicerie and a bar/tabac. This is a great place to stay for anyone wishing to explore Dinan, Dinard, St Malo or Mont St Michel. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in this charming, quiet and very well-equipped cottage. The buildings have been renovated with great taste, combining modern comfort and authenticity. The whole place exudes a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring the Rance Valley and its surroundings: Dinan, Saint-Malo, the coast... everything is within driving distance. A address we recommend without hesitating!
