Very nice accommodation with proximity to everything Borgafjäll has to offer. The townhouse is located with direct connection to cross-country ski trails and about 1 km from the ski slope. The townhouse has two bedrooms, a larger living room with kitchenette, toilet with shower, and a separate sauna with shower. Washing machine and drying cabinet available. The cottage is rented as a self-catering, bed linens, towels, etc. are brought by guests, and thorough cleaning before check-out must be performed. Bring your family or friends on a cabin trip in Fiplingdalen, close to the gateway to Børgefjell. The cabin is located right by the water below Bæråsen, with an excellent starting point for hunting, fishing and outdoor activities. The cabin has electricity, but not water. Water is collected in the stream 30 meters from the cabin. You can drive all the way to the cabin wall in summer and winter. The main cabin with 3 bedrooms has one double bed and two bunk beds, while the annex has one double bed, plenty of space for the big family or group of friends.

Välkomna att hyra vårt hus i Borgafjäll! En pärla till fjäll & skidort! Stugan ligger på Klöverbackens stugområde vid foten av Klöverfjället. Rymmer åtta personer, magisk utsikt och fina materialval. Stort kombinerat kök/vardagsrum och braskamin. Bastu. Ute på tomten liten porlande fjällbäck och grillplats. Vandring och skidåkning runt knuten, fem minuter med bil till byn, BorgaSkicenter och backarna. Fiber samt elbilsladdare. Pälsdjur ej tillåtna. För tillfället hyr vi ej ut till skoteråkare.

Sovrum 1: dubbelsäng 180 cm Sovrum 2 och 3: 2 ggr 140 cm Sovrum 4: I garage 2*90 cm. 2*80cm. Rummet i garaget är litet. Mycket bekvämt för 6 personer, 8 sängar finns. Husdjur tillåtna, dock ej i sovrum. Medtag handdukar/sänglinne. Hyrestecknare måste vara över 30 år.

Relax in this nice and quiet accommodation. Here, it is close to skiing and hiking. Only a stone's throw away is Klimpfjäll Ski Center and electric light tracks for cross-country skis. The Vinterleden trail leads you straight out onto the mountain, whether you prefer snowmobiling or cross-country skiing. In summer, there are several trails within walking distance that take you to waterfalls, up to peaks or mountain passes.

Spacious apartment near Børgefjell. About 600 meters to the railway station. Great views of Majavatn and Majaklumpen. Nice hiking areas in summer and winter. Snowmobile trails nearby, but not a nuisance. Nice beach not far away. Good fishing opportunities.
