Great holiday home in beautiful surroundings with sea views

Welcome to this nice holiday home at Storekorsnes, located by the Altafjord. The accommodation is about 50 minutes by car from Alta city center, and there are both bus and boat connections. The house is located in quiet surroundings with great sea view. Nice area for hiking both summer and winter. The house is perfect for fishing trips, berry picking, hunting trips, skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer. It's also a nice place if you just want to relax and enjoy the silence, see the midnight sun, or the northern lights.

Velkommen til vår moderne hytte, ferdigstilt sommeren 2023. Det er milevis med langrennsløyper mindre enn 100 meter fra hytta. Praktisk og umiddelbar nærhet til Sarves alpinsenter, ski in - ski out, og Bjørnfjell Mountain Lodge som tilbyr ulike aktiviteter. Rask og enkel tilgang, kun 25 min fra Alta. Parkeringsplass til 2-3 biler utenfor hytta. Nærbutikk under 10 minutter unna. Koble av med den fantastiske utsikten fra hytta, omgitt av vakker natur og med gode muligheter til å se nordlyset.

Beautiful view of the Alta valley. Two bedrooms with double bed in each room. Bathroom. No place to store luggage outside of stay. -Mini kitchen with cooking facilities. -No oven (stove) -Microwave oven -No washing machine. -Big porch. Steep and narrow stairs to the attic.Access to nature for walks in the summer and skiing in the winter. Great conditions for northern lights. 10 minutes walk to the university and 15 minutes to the city center where among other things the shopping are.

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Perfectly situated for day trips around the area. :)

Kjell-Otto is a fantastic host and his house is simply amazing. We couldn’t ask for a better accommodation! We loved the jacuzzi just in front of the frozen lake and having dinner in the extremely well equipped kitchen. The position is amazing to discover the best ski touring spots in Finnmark! We highly recommend!!

Stayed here for one night between the airport and another place. Easy to get to with public transportation, clean and cozy, spacious bathroom, quiet neighbourhood but walking distance from a supermarket. Internet was excellent speed for a video call. Would stay here again!

Special thanks to the kind host family, with whom it is really nice to meet again. Help and guidance is always available when needed, as the host family lives in the same yard.

Remme's place was really beautiful and well equipped with all basic amenities. The kids loved the fire place for grilling outside. The place had amazing views and was very serene and relaxing. I would highly recommend the place and will definitely like to visit again.

The accommodation was the best part of our stay in Alta. When we thought of a place where we could make the most of our experience in the Arctic Circle, we never imagined that there could be something so magical. A snowmobile trail, northern lights, a cabin that couldn't be more cozy, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor igloo to grill and not get cold while watching the northern lights and all the snow around, an outdoor area in the woods with a zip line and a swing. It was an incredible experience, undoubtedly the best in Alta. I would pay a lot more to enjoy this place, because for everything it offers, the price is great. Unbeatable!!! Thank you!!!
